The experience went very well. The sales consultant, Russ Ham, was wonderful to work with. I found Dillabaugh's prices a bit high but the quality of the carpet and the crew that installed it was worth it as well as Russ allowing me to keep many samples of carpet until I could make up my mind. The installation turned out to be a complete disaster and never was completed to our satisfaction.
