    Concrete & More
Sione is great to do business with. Honest, very hard-working and dependable. We had an aprox. 60'x14' parking area filled with weeds that was an eyesore and barely usable. Sione and his crew paved it with concrete and it is now functional and beautiful. The work was first rate and done in a very short time and at a comparative price. It was a pleasure to work with such professionals that took no shortcuts and showed great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

    Hamland Construction Co
Amazing!!! Hamland Construction - Dustin specifically - was awesome. When he first reviewed the project I was sure he would not take it on. But lucky for me he did!! When Dustin said his crew would be at the house at a certain time, they were, not a minute late!! He kept me informed as to the progress and status. He answered my questions like I actually had a right to ask, he was great. I wish I had hired him the first time!! HIs crew was great. They all worked hard while on the job site. HIs main worker- Dave - was very neat and tidy on the job. He ensured the crew cleaned up and tidied up the job every night. I would hire Hamland Construction again without any hesitation. They are professional, timely, and honest. A breath of fresh air in the contractor world! Thank you Hamland Construction!

All of their work was great! They showed up when scheduled.  When we changed our minds about details with the siding, they accommodated our wishes.  They communicated any issues with material, scheduling, etc.  Their price was very reasonable, even for the changes.  The crew was clean and respectful.  They helped us get our house done in record time.  They have some siding guys that are true craftsmen and take pride in their work with an eye on detail.  Adam, the owner, is an honest guy and will make sure you are satisfied.

    A-1 Quality Concrete Co
This project went very well and I am very happy with the work.
Frank came out and was very prompt and courteous when he gave the initial bid.
Lukas, Zach and others (wish I could remember at least two others names) made sure I was happy with the work.  We did have a slight miss-communication on concrete color, which somehow was missed in the bid, but they were fair and included that back in at a very reasonable and fair cost.  I got a few other bids and their bid was barely the least expensive bid, within $200, but they included in the bid so many details that others did not include.  Yes somehow the concrete color got missed, but since their detailed bid did not include it with all the other details (which it wasn't overwhelming details) it was clear it was just missed.  I admit I may be a bit harsh with the two B ratings, but we had a few very minor mishaps.  The foreman had phone troubles so a couple of voicemails got missed and we ended up working that out.  There were a few weather issues that held up other jobs so it's a snowball effect with concrete pours and other jobs so it didn't go as planned.  They did call and notify me of such and really it didn't cause me any harm other than the project taking longer than planned.  We also had a few minor accidental issues, chipped existing concrete when trying to remove some of old and phone line damage, but they fixed those and made sure I was happy, they even fixed a chip they didn't do.  I am honestly having a hard time even giving the B rating on the two items as they can be easily explained (need A+, A and A-), but if you read one that is all A's how valid is that?  It's when there's a few issues that come up you find out how good a company and their people really are and I can say I am extremely pleased with A-1 Quality Concrete out of Boise.
I was happy enough with the work that I already ended up having them do a second walkway for me as well, didn't even get a bid from anyone else because I was that happy with the prior work and I felt the price to do the second walkway was reasonable.

    Loren Dahl Construction
Slab was poured mid-May, then we had a two week rain delay. Once construction was started, it went FAST. The whole job (not including the slab or rain delay) took two weeks. Loren does most of the work himself, and when he needs help his brother joins the party. The work was done efficiently, all materials were on-hand when he started, and we are thoroughly pleased. He cleaned up after; the only proof of his time with us is the patio!

He answers all questions, adjusts as needed when a change is suggested/requested, and works with you to find ways to reduce costs. I have done all of the painting, which saved us some money.

I would not hesitate to hire him again, and highly recommend him.

    Tucker Concrete LLC
He didn't get back to me right away because he was up on the mountain hunting when I first called but when he got back down from the mountain, I called and he took care of business right away and fit us in in a very reasonable time. It was very good quality. We didn't get competing bids so we don't know but we were happy with it. They were flexible. We wanted to put some leaves design into the concrete and they helped us make that come out right. They didn't charge extra for that. They were friendly. They made sure to ask if we had the septic system in that property and they made sure to ask where that was before I have even thought of that so they wouldn't be driving the concrete truck on top of the septic system.

    Lenz Custom Concrete LLP
NOT GOOD.   the footing around the patio started to crumble and and we have spaces where there was no cement touching the ground.  this was noticed the day after he took of the bender board.  he put to much of a grade of slope for the hot tube area.  we have a difference of 3 inches in height from one side of the hot tub to the other so we can not fill our hot tub correctly.  grade should be about 0.5 under a covered patio and he placed greater then 3%.  he was to move our water srinklers and he poured cement over one of them so we dont have access to it.   he poured cement over our house vents and said we did not need them and oh yes we do.  We also paid to have the patio stamped in flagstone and a high quality seal done and on the this did not happen.  he used a texted pattern and a very low quality sealent.  He also did our patio pour in two days and so we have two differnet colored patios..... and not just a little different color but a major different.   We have been trying to get him to repair the patio since one month after the pouring of it........  have had to go to a lawsuit for he will not return calls.

Mr Lenz may post what comments he needs to feel better about his work.  But I can provide pictures  of the poor work he did.   Yes he was paid in full by my husband because I was not home and he told my husband that the color will change to the right color as it drys,   and after he removed the bender board my husband did not walk out and look around the edge  due to medical issue but when we did the next day we tryed to get Mr lenz to fix the problem and we could not get a hold of him util after the 1st of the year.

I was out of town the two days they did the excavation and pouring, but when I returned I had a beautiful patio, exactly as I had requested. All the dirt and grass were completely removed, and no trash was remaining. The patio is smooth, level, and it blends in perfectly with my original patio. I couldn't be more pleased.
