    Called for service, they responded very promptly and set up a date and approximate time. Sent me an email with a photo of the technician so I knew who to expect. The technician called me on the day of service to let me know when he expected to arrive. Put on booties when he saw I did not wear shoes in the house. The first trip was to diagnose the problem and determine what parts were needed and what the cost would be. That part had to be ordered. I had to option to pay then or pay when he returned to install the part. I chose to pay then. They called to let me know it was in and set up an appointment. Again, they sent an email with a photo of the technician (same person). The main office called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and would I mind if he came earlier than scheduled. I was fine with that. Turns out, he could not install the part as the light in the inset, which is an incandescent bulb, had apparently melted part of the insert to the main body of the freezer and he did not want to take the risk of causing major damage to either the freezer or the ice and water dispenser. Fortunately he had an alternative method using a tool designed to unfreeze water dispensers. He unplugged the dispenser, left me the tool, and showed me how to use it if the dispenser froze up again.

    He came into my home, handed me his business card. He turned my washer on and listened to it. Said it was a bearing and it would cost $900 to fix. (I told him I could buy a new one for that price). I called another Appliance Repair out the next day and they fixed it a lot cheaper. I ate the $39 voucher and won't call him back.

    Receptionist I spoke with when I called was super friendly and helpful as I explained the issue and we worked to find an appointment time that fit our families body schedule. They were able to get someone out within two days, which was really great! Zach was our service tech. He called when we was on his way, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, provided an estimate on the work needed and then performed the repairs after my wife approved. The final bill came out around 20% less than estimated, which is always a nice surprise! I would highly recommend then to anyone in their service area.

    he checked the breaker over and over.  Because he was thorough, he diagnosed it as a faulty thermostat instead of the entire heating unit.  It is because he took his time and tested it again and again, the solution cost less then $100, where a speedy diagnosis would have replaced the entire heater at thousands.

    Everything was excellent. Their salesman came out for a quote on adding AC to my existing central furnace system. He explained the pros & cons, including estimated costs, to add to my existing system & the alternative of replacing my 45 year old furnace with a new high efficiency unit that allowed the addition of AC without major modifications to the existing ductwork. This was a Friday morning & he told me the work could begin on Monday. His written quote arrived in my email within 1 hour & I hired them immediately.
    The crew arrived 1st thing Monday morning as scheduled, worked all day in the unbearably hot crawlspace beneath my home and had cool air blowing by 8:00 PM. On Tuesday the city inspector found a couple of things to tweak & the crew was right out & completed the job. (Who knew a light & lightswitch were needed beneath my home?)
    The system works quietly, keeps my home cool and was a good value. I don't need to worry about my old furnace causing me grief in the near future as all is new. I cannot think of a thing they could have done better as they exceeded my every expectation.

    The provider responded in a timely manner.  The technician quickly determined the source of the leak.  When he called the supplier to order the replacement part, there was considerable confusion about which part was being ordered.  I had already looked up the part name and number on-line and was able to show the technician on my computer.  He then gave the correct information to the supplier.  It took a week for the part to arrive; the technician then installed it quickly and checked for leaks.  The work was completed satisfactorily and at a fair price.  I would use this provider's services again and recommend them.
