APEA CONSTRUCTION & REMODELPedro did exceptional work from demolition to prepping and installing floors, painting and removing some outdated built in's. Not only was he efficient in his work he had great ideas to save us money on both this job but also as we move to Phase 2 of this remodel. As an example he recommend we drop the fireplace and set it back a bit from where it was. An overwhelming project to us (And we assumed our budget) but, Pedro had that job done in less than a day and was back on schedule with barely a ding to the budget. Finally, Pedro is a true craftsman about his work. He did not cut one corner on our job. In watching him work it's clear he has learned these trades from the ground up (So rare to find these days) and it's that experience that makes him efficient and cost effective. It was a pleasure to have him do this job for us and will hire Pea Construction and Remodel for ever opportunity we get moving forward. Thank you Pedro and family!- Jason R.

AWe were due for a full roof replacement, so I found 6 roofing companies that showed up strong on the Better Business Bureau, and Angie’s list websites. Nick from Caliber Roofing was my last appointment of the 6 to provide an estimate. Nick is amazingly knowledgeable and confirmed everything I had researched before setting up the 6 estimates. His knowledge, experience, and his detailed estimate is what sold me on selecting Caliber for our roofing job. His estimate came in lower than most of the others, and I felt confident that with the combined price + quality, we hit the re-roofing jackpot. He is on site for the install and supervises the entire job. He and his staff are very meticulous, and we have a complex roof that required their quality attention. Their work is flawless, and the high-quality product they put on, matches our home perfectly. In the end, they cleaned up my yard better than it was before they arrived. They even cleaned my gutters while they were up there and cleaned up that debris as well. The final bill came in exactly as he quoted, with no surprises. FCalled and left name and return number twice. There was never a reply. Looked them up on Idaho secretary of State website. Their first filing was November, 2018. (their website claims over 20 years in service in the area.) They must be on record with the Secretary of States office to legally conduct business in Idaho. They failed to properly file their annual documents in 2019 and lost their credentials. They filed documents to fix their paperwork failure in 2020 and were re-instated. They claim a history in the area, that does not exist. They were unable to follow simple procedures to keep their company in legal standing with the State of Idaho. Be very cautious about companies that are that poorly run, who make claims that are not verifiable.
