    Working with them has been extremely easy for us. They have handled everything in a professional manner to both the tenants and us. Communication is consistent and complete. I will use them for any future rental opportunities and recommend them to property owners as well as tenants.

    While we had a rental house they were fine - kept it occupied - took care of getting utilities paid.  If something was not working correctly they had people who they could call to remedy any problem.  We decided to sell the house instead of rent any longer and they acted like it was a personal affront to them.  They are the ones that collected the deposits - pet deposit and cleaning deposit.  They did their final walk through when the renters moved out and said that it was not as clean as it was when they moved in.  We asked them to contact the cleaning company that they normally worked with and after hearing nothing I called.  Our contact said that the cleaning had been done and all was good.  After an inspection, our real estate agent said no one had been there to clean.  So I called them back. Oops, they just assumed the cleaning had been done.  So they actually sent them the second time.  Our real estate agent had worked with a carpet cleaner so we had them come in and clean the carpets.  I sent the invoice to Metro Management to pay and deduct from the cleaning deposit.  After a month the carpet company called and asked where their payment was.  When I called our contact he said that he'd assumed that we'd paid it.  We talked to the renters ourselves for things like fertilizing the yard, etc and  Metro Management actually initially gave us their phone number.  But when the renters started calling us directly because the response time was so lousy from Metro Management, our contact person got disgusted and decided that we were "doing things out of the ordinary" so he just washed his hands of the situation. Their communication was terrible. We sent emails and called them and got no response. They waited until the very last day possible before they closed things out and I had to call them to see if it was actually going to happen then.   I would not use this provider again and would not recommend them to others.

    The story was previously told about the HORRIBLE lack of services I received, not showing up for our one and only appointment, repeatedly not being honest about answering my e-mails, attempting to charge me for work not done, ridiculing my Christianity, and breaking her own contract by e-mail and then leaving my house unlocked and unsafe.

    Curtiss Property Management has been excellent to us! When we were first looking at this area we were nervous about trying to find a quality place so quickly; one that would be in a nice area with quality schools etc. But once we met and discussed what we were looking for with Brandon it was instantly relieving! He was extremely knowledgable about the area, took the time to really listen to what we wanted and he worked diligently to help find the right place for us that met our criteria and budget. He went out of his way to meet us at different times/locations and once we decided on a place he really made the entire process seem so easy and effortless. When we moved in, the place was exceptionally clean and he made sure we felt like we were home. Since then, anytime we have had a question, request or maintenance issue they have been super at responding to us rapidly with stellar customer service. We can't be happier with the service we have recieved from Curtiss Property Management and highly recommend this company to everyone!

    I have been renting my house for well over two years and I doubt you could ever tell that I am a renter if you viewed this property. The property manager is insulting and treats me as if I am a child. I am a 50 year old woman, have gone through cancer and a divorce and I have owned 3 homes previously. I am an employed health care worker. The man I rented this property from has since started this company (rentalspike) and it's sole purpose seems to be to manage property as cheaply as possible. They have threatened to charge me for service calls when the "technician" sent to my home couldn't figure out what was wrong with my air conditioner, they told me I had to pay if I wanted the landscaping improved ( adding landscape fabric to control weeds, etc.) and then told me they would sue me for damages if I did it wrong.DON"T USE this company to manage your property if you want quality people renting your home. I am going to move out and I hope they find a renter to take my place who will trash it and leave them with plenty to do.

    I paid each contract up front and they charged me all sorts of administration fees at the end. Watch the contract dates! A 12 month contract could be 13 months or more. I would NOT recommend them!
