    Purchased as a big deal (3 hours of electrical work for $149) on 6/27/15, received an email from company on 6/29/15 requesting more information on what I needed to have done.  I responded on the same day letting them know that I needed to have a ceiling fan and dimmer switch installed.   I did not hear anything back from them so I called the company on either 7/2/15 or 7/3/15.  Spoke initially with Dave who stated that they would be out to install my ceiling fan on either Wednesday or Thursday the following week but that he would call me back later that day to confirm the exact day/time of the appointment.   On Monday July 6th (I think) I called to confirm what day they would be out since I had never received a callback, I spoke with Dave again who informed me that he was out of town but insisted that he had sent me a confirmation email via Angie's List, I informed him that I had never received an email but I would double check my messages with Angie's List and call him back if needed.  I immediately checked my Angie's List account, verified that no email had been sent and called Dave back.  Dave informed me that he was "new" to technology and didn't understand why the email had never been sent, explained again that he was out of town and asked if I could call Tom who had the schedule and gave me his phone number.  I thanked Dave, hung up and immediately called Tom and explained the situation.  He double checked the schedule and informed me that I was on the schedule for installation on Friday.  I informed Tom that I had been told that the installation would be on Thursday since I had to work on Friday.  Tom stated fine they would move some people around and that he would be out between 12-1pm on Thursday July 9 for the ceiling fan installation.  On Thursday mid-morning, I called Tom to verify what time the appt was for - Tom informed me that they had been double booked and that the office was "out of town" and that he needed to call somebody else to find out what time I was scheduled for.  Tom called me back promptly and informed me that he would be out as soon as he was done at his current job probably around 1:30-2pm.  Tom arrived by 2pm as promised asked what needed to be done and I showed him where the work was.  By 3pm, Tom was done and packing up his supplies.  I asked nicely if the dimmer switch had also been installed to which he informed me that it was not possible to install the dimmer switch since it was a single switch only and there was no attic access.  I went back upstairs with Tom, explaining that I had the exact same dimmer switches installed on my other 3 ceiling fans and had not had any problems with them, he looked at the package and stated that he had not realized that it was a "remote" switch.  Tom went back downstairs to get his ladder out again since he had already put everything away and installed the dimmer switch without any difficulty (except for complaining that it was awful hot upstairs and that my AC must not be working very well - to which I responded that my AC was not even on, but I did turn on a portable fan that was in the room for his comfort).  Tom was done by 3:30pm with the dimmer switch installation and attempted to hand me the invoice - I asked if he needed the voucher from Angie's List to which he responded that he didn't know that it was a pre-paid voucher and he would need to go rewrite the invoice.  When he came back in, he informed me that I had saved approx $25 by purchasing the big deal from Angie's List, he then proceeded to hand me the invoice and left never asking if I needed anything else done even though I still had 1.5 hrs that I had paid for.  The entire time he seemed rush and made it a point several times to tell me that the "office" was out of town and that they had double booked numerous jobs and were extremely busy.  I appreciate the fact that they were able to come install my ceiling fan so promptly (especially since I have company coming next week and really wanted the fan installed before they arrived) however, I paid for 3 hrs and would have liked to have an additional ceiling fan looked at since I still had available time but by the time Tom was done I felt like asking for anything else would have been a problem and it was better to just forget about the other 1.5 hrs I had paid for.
    Also, I have never had a professional company that did not clean up after themselves - Tom had asked initially if I had a drop cloth or something since there would be some debris that fell from the ceiling during the installation, I informed him that I did not but that it would be easy to vacuum, which I glad it was since the entire installation mess was left for me to clean up.

    George personally arrived on time to give me an estimate - very punctual and he accommodated my schedule so I did not have to take off from work to meet him at my home (thank you!).  He is very knowledgeable, patient, listened effectively to what I wanted, and offered options that fit within my budget.  The day the work was performed, he and his two man crew arrived - again, on time - and we went over the list of tasks I had prepared to make sure we were both clear on the projects. I was able to go to work that day (took my dogs with me so they did not have them underfoot), the crew guys started work immediately while George went to buy the parts. 

    His work was EXACTLY as we planned and no surprises at all on the cost. 

    George is truly a professional, knows what he's doing, is an excellent listener and communicator, and they also cleaned up after the job.  I am very pleased with everything they did and can't believe I didn't have this work done a long time ago!

    George is now my 'go-to' electrician for any and all future electrical needs.  I have already recommended him highly to several co-workers & friends.

    I called and left a message with Brite Electric.  Within a few hours, I received a call back.  The caller was able to explain to me what the problem probably was.  He directed me how to find the GFI on that circuit.  Within a few minutes, the Christmas lights were back on.  If I ever need any electric work in the future, I will certainly use Brite Electric.  They were punctual, knowledgeable and helpful.

    It was a pleasure. They did what I wanted them to do. They worked very well with us with changes and everything. As far as I'm concerned, we were very pleased with them. We would give them an A on everything. Everything that we asked them to do, they did and they were very professional, very courteous and very pleasant to work with. They did an awesome fantastic job and I would definitely 100% use them again. They were just a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them to somebody else if they would ask me. They had to wait for the stone to come on so that they could finish putting on the outlets outside and everything and they were just fantastic. Every time we called Dave when we wanted something or didn't want something, he was just awesome about it. He did the lighting the way we wanted to. He put outlets everywhere that we needed outlets. He did a great job. He came out really prompt and gave us an estimate right away. They did everything and I'm very content with their work. I'm very happy and very satisfied. It was a big job.

    I started out with one project and after he finished I have continued to give him more projects. I am impressed by his timely completion, meticulous work and professionalism. I like that he gives me the invoices from Home Depot so that I know I am paying only for the materials I need. He tells me the labor cost of each project before starting.     Coming back July 10th to installed three pot lights, an outlet next to the mantal and to fix an inadequate electrical box that my ceiling fan in the bedroom is wired into.  I will  recommend this gentleman to my friends.  He was extremely professional and what I liked best, didn't talk down to me because I don't know about construction in two story homes.
