    SAM'S PASSPORT & VISA SERVICES
    I desperately needed a rush service on my passport. I was leaving for Mexico in less than a week as a nanny, and the people that I work for had already purchased my ticket when I realized that my passport was expired. I live over 10 hours from the closest passport agency so going there was not an option. Not to mention it was just before Christmas and I was scheduled to leave New Years Eve, and the passport agency is closed from Christmas Eve until after New Years. I looked up my options online, and started searching for expediting services and companies. There were many bad reviews on companies, and the ones that I called either did not answer or had someone that spoke very broken English, so I was not sure if this would work out. Then I ran across Sam's Passport and they had great reviews. I called and someone actually answered and I could understand them. They sounded knowledgeable and told me exactly what paperwork and documentation I needed, how to arrange it and how to get it there. I had recently renewed my drivers's license and only had the temporary paper copy, which does not meet the requirements for the passport agency, but the person on the phone let me know what else I needed to include for proper identification. They also did not try to oversell me, and what I needed. Since it was just days before Christmas, and the trip was planned for New Years Eve I thought that I would have to pay for the 24 hour service, but the person on the phone assured me that the 2 day service was adequate for my needs. She also said that they would call when they receive everything. I got everything that I needed together, and brought it to my local passport office for their signature, paperwork, and seal. They woman that was working looked very surprised when I asked to send it out myself. I told her my situation, and she shook her head in disapproval. She stated that she had a man the prior week use a different expedited service, and did not receive his passport on time and missed his trip because of it. This statement made me very nervous, but I had no choice but to trust this company to save my job. I overnighted the sealed envelope on a Tuesday, they called to tell me that they received it the next day as scheduled and that they would be going to take it to the agency the next day (Thursday), and would be complete within two business days (Friday). I then got a call later that day (Thursday) that my passport was complete and had been shipped out and to expect it by Friday afternoon. I was very, very happy and a big stress had been lifted off of my shoulders. I received my passport in the mail that Friday, and even discovered that they had placed a plastic removable protector with their logo engraved on my passport. I was able to go on the trip, have fun, and keep my job because of Sam's Passport. I cannot say enough about their services and professionalism! I would definitely recommend them!

    I dropped the frame off and Dave cut out bent bars, welded in new ones and painted the welds. it took 3-4 days and was perfectly aligned when I picked it up.

    Although it sometimes took a little while for the taxi to arrive, the service was reliable and the price was great compared to some others.  The driver (same for multiple trips) was friendly and professional.

    In 2007, after several disappointing experiences with local boat repair providers, I sought help from out-of-town and found a Boat Dealer in Idaho Falls and Jay Meyer. Jay was the Service Manager for this company . The experience from his work on my boat was so exceptional and such a departure from past experiences, that I was quick to realize that I had found a boat repair person that I could rely on. In 2008, with Jay's help I restored a 1973 Beachcraft 19 ft boat. Within 6 months, I acquired a 1984 Sea Ray 18 ft boat that needed a new engine and a total repair of the interior. The Mercruiser Outdrive needed reconditioning as well as the hydrualic system. Jay installed the engine, outdrive, as well as the installation of the gauges and electrical connections. The restoration of this boat was over a year in the completion, with outstanding result. As previously stated, over the past four years, my experience with the service of Jay's Ultra Marine Performance company has been excellent and I have recommended him to anyone who needed to find a good boat repair person.

    The work went well few if any problems; owner made a trip to local hardware type store to purchase special colored screws, while repair shop owner removed the engine from the boat; flashing pieces were installed and motor was reattached to boat. The result was even better than hoped for, I could not be more pleased. Jay does fantastic work at a very fair price. As previously stated, and quot;He's my boat repair guyand quot;!!

    Red Rock RV Service and Repair
    The owner of Red Rock Service and Repair, Ben Durfey, 1458 N 1180 E Shelley, Idaho. Ben checked the fifth wheel and told us what needed to be done. Later that day Ben gave a verbal quote on phone and we asked for a written estimate. We were told we needed to give him two thirds down. We gave him a check for $4500 the next day and also requested a written estimate and receipt. Ben said he would bring it that week when he did the work. He never showed for the work the next week or the majority of the appt to do the work. Ben would not take or return our calls or text. This was looking like a scam. Three weeks into this my husband texted him he wanted our money back. He responded that he would be here the next day. Benjamin showed and put in a $200 part and said the generator would be in our trailer before the weekend. Still no receipt, no estimate, and no address was given us. Come that weekend there was No Show again, without a courtesy call that he would not be coming. Another promise to do the work on the following Saturday. No show Again!! and no call. We contacted the County Sheriff and were told we had every right to go to his house and collect our property were he was not returning our calls. We went to Durfey's house to request our money. We were told Ben was not there. Durfey called later and told us that he would have the generator to us by Wednesday. This was now over a month later, since we gave Durfey the money. The police said if we did not get the generator by Wednesday to file in small claims court. They also said that Ben should not have used our funds to fix another trailer and then fix ours. We did get a generator but it was not the large size Ben said we needed. We took it and were glad to be done with Ben Durfey. We should have waited for a written estimate, gotten a receipt. I could not notify Better Business Bureau with no address of Ben Durfey.
