AHBSIThe company representative, Kent Shannon, was forthright with us during the preliminary discussions/negotiations and throughout the replacement of our entire fascia, soffit, gutters, and one window. He knows his products well and explained them very well. We like to think about spending our hard earned money and he was willing to give us plenty of time to mull over our options with other products and contractors. The work was completed quickly but not rushed. Workers showed up reliably on time and were always willing to answer questions. And of most importance, the quality of the work was outstanding. I would definitely contract with HBSI and Kent Shannon again.- Frank M.

AJ & J ConstructionJerry and the entire crew did an excellent job. They came out and met to review the scope of the project and then worked up a bid. They began construction shortly after obtaining the building permit. They finished the project exactly on bid. The building was finished in a professional manner. They even enclosed all outside wood in painted custom formed metal, so there is nothing needing to be painted every few years. We highly recommend their work and we would not hesitate to hire them if we need a contractor in the future.- Vernon U.

BI actually dealt with Tuckers. I had to stop before finishing the comment section and the link to Tuckers was lost. Service was good prompt arrival. The wait for the parts to fix the dryer was a week to ten days. The wait for parts for the washer was a week or so also, and I had to wait a week for the appointment to talk to the repairman. A bit pricey to fix the old appliances so we decided to buy new ones. Thanks for your help Angie's list Carolyn Money was paid for the service call. I miss the good old days when you could get something fixed that same day or the next.

AIt was an excellent experience. The salesman was professional and knowledgeable. We got a fair price for an excellent product. The installers were polite and conscientious about being in my home. They were great about cleaning up after themselves as well. They walked me through the project and answered all of my questions. One of the screens had a tiny hole. It was taken out and replaced immediately.

DOsprey sent mail advertisement that they repaired leaky roofs so I called. I also called another roofer but never received a response from them. Osprey's owner Ben called me back right a way and was over to look at what needed done within a few days. Since I was filing an insurance claim on the leaks I requested an estimate to send to our insurance adjuster. Ben's estimate was within pennies of the insurance estimate so I hired him and his team. An appointment was made within a reasonable time and the foreman with an assistant came at the appointed time to begin work. They fixed the first leak and attempted a fix on the second one, but it continued to leak. I let Osprey know of the problem and requested that they make additional repairs to fix that second leak. There was a lot of time that went by between the initial work and my receiving an invoice. The invoice, however, was not an accurate reflection of the work done, so I requested an accurate invoice and again requested that they let me know if they were going to return and fix the second leak. Again, after several weeks I received what they deemed a corrected invoice and a statement that they were not going to return to fix the second leak. They thought I should pay for their efforts on the second leak even though they had abandoned the job before fixing the problem and I would have to hire another contractor to do the job properly. I was very disappointed that our relationship broke down in this way.

FIt didnt go well at all. Troy and his sister, his accountant are prompt at taking out child support every month from their emoloyees check, but cannot get it sent in to child support. They have held it, sometimes for up to 6 months, without making a payment. My ex had his licence susspended for non payment while working for troy. During which time, Troy bought a new company truck and i had my power turned off. At one point child support services was told by the company that my ex no longer worked there and i had to send pay stubs proving he still did. Im not sure what laws he is breaking, but in my book that is fraud. And if he can do that to his employees, then he isnt someone id hire to come to my home for any reason.
