    The roofing was a new design type; thicker, longer lasting, and difficult to put on.  The crew did a great job, with very little corrections necessary.  The painting was meticulous; with several hard to get places; again with very little walk-through corrections needed. Cliff, the onsite foreman, gave us several good suggestions and provided us with regular updates.  We really like the ideas and the finished project on the new steps and the metal railing.  It totally changed our view to the river; in a good way.  Their daily clean up was appreciated and the project didn't upset our daily routine at all.

    As to price--whatta we know.  We trusted that a Valley lifer would treat us right or they likely wouldn't still be in business.

    We are asking Trent for a bid on another home project and expect the same results.

    Feed dogs only feed heavy fabric; cotton fabric won't feed.
    Automatic stitch length was adjusted WAY too small.
    Bobbin winder over-winds and doesn't maintain tension.
    Because of rude customer service, and snarky attitude, I will go elsewhere to get it repaired properly.

    MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
    My visit at Tri-State Memorial Hospital was a very, very bad experience. The Doctor (Dr. Chin) was a EXTREMELY POOR provider. He requested one test that was totally irrelevant to the problem, and another test i had already completed. He offered a 3rd test that i agreed to and he changed his mind to a different test without notifying me. He would like to say i refused 3 tests, however i refused 2. The last test he offered was a X-Ray of the neck and i agreed. However he sent in his radiology tech in for a different test so to speak (a CT Scan) different than a X-Ray. He had a BAD ATTITUDE from the second i refused the first test, which was chest x-rays. Doctor Chin approached my room quite sometime after i was admitted and asked how i was feeling and what my symptoms and or complaints were. I spit out 2-3 complaints and he just turned around and left the room. No notice no nothing. He never ever did come back to see what or how i was feeling. He came back a long while later stood 12-15' from my bed half way behind a curtain and offered a X-Ray BUT NEVER DID COME BACK TO SEE MY COMPLAINTS AND OR SYMPTOMS. Since Dr. Chin had a attitude from the first test i declined he showed a horrible, cold, very unprofessional attitude. Witness involved with his attitude and care. Since i refused 2 tests he sent me home WITHOUT ANY TREATMENT!! It was very obvious something was going on with my body and he would not give anything for pain or extreme out of control body tremors. Upon discharge Dr. Chin came in to my room (mind you the first and only time he approached my bed) and said " since you are refusing treatment you are free to go and that he didn't care, I was letting him off the hook."  I asked him at that time why did he just walk off in the middle of me trying to tell him my complaints and symptoms  and with a smirk/chuckle he said "Oh i had a Pathologist call", i at that point said couldn't you of at least said "excuse me i'll be right back, or excuse me i have a call i'll be right back" and at that point the attitude and professionalism and NASTY attitude exploded like a bomb. He hunkered down to my face and said "Look i have four other patients and one i'm flying out". I'm a busy man. So apparently since he was busy and had four other patients and one he was flying out (Total Hipaa Violation) he was too busy to provide any pain control or anything outside of the two tests i refused. I have made 3-4 calls with no verbal communication with anyone. I did receive a letter stating they "are sorry for my experience, and would hope i would give them another chance." Are you Serious!!!!! I believe they are not doing anything regarding the issue and could care less what patient care they did not provide.

    I will never use Tri-State Memorial Hospital again, ever.

    They were awesome. They were quick, fast and courteous. They were in and out and it didn't take them very long. Their professionalism is that they were on time, did what they said, they clean up, they weren't messy and they were very nice. They were reasonably priced.

    I saw one of the family practice doctors and with a family history of
    breast cancer I told him that I found a lump in my left breast I said
    that he thought it was a skin infection and Rx me so med and was told to
    come back in a week which I did and he then Rx me some more meds after
    three weeks he finally had his nurse make me an appointment with a
    surgeon for a biopsy... I later was told I have breast cancer... I will
    never go there ever again

    Did not provide us a written estimate as requested. Verbal estimate very loose-$800-$1200 but actual service ended up being $1600. Charged separately for hauling clippings which should be included in services at $54 an hour. No itemized final billing. Owner came at end of job to collect payment only. Did not bring all fill rock promised after they were paid. Friendly but not terribly trustworthy, we were very disappointed since we had found them recommended on Angie's List. Have since found they are most expensive in Valley. We have ongoing landscaping, year round but will not use them again. Just terribly disappointed with whole experience. Really wanted them to work out. We are retired and on fixed income...this hurt.

    STAPLES THE OFFICE SUPERSTORE
    Peter, at Staples in Lewiston, was very patient and generous with his time in explaining what I needed to do to fix three infected computers.  He explained that they had a special and recommended virus software that would prevent further contaminations.  He also recommended a couple different softwares that could be downloaded free of charge on the web that would rid my system of malwear that dramatically slowed my machines down.  After going through his recommendations I was a very happy customer with three machines that now work very well and very fast.
