ATravers TileIan and Jaxon were amazing workers! I had a “handyman” tile my kitchen and completely botched the project. I found travers tile and messaged them and Ian replied to me immediately. They came to give me a quote two days later and were able to come within days to install the tile. They did an exceptional job and really made sure every detail looked perfect. AKnight FlooringKnight Flooring has done a fabulous job for us! We hired them to help us with the renovation of the Westbank Convention Center. They helped us pick out the perfect floor coverings, gave us great suggestions for placement, and did beautiful tile work and installation of our new wood floor. As with any older building, we ran into a few snags along the way. Casey and his crew took on the extra work and saw us through completion. Not an easy chore. They also did some construction work installing a new door way and new baseboards. Our satisfaction was their number one goal and we are so pleased with their work! FAll-Brite Services LLCAll Brite Services was supposed to remodel my bathroom, I have paid them over half of the cost of the project on March 13, 2020 I was told that it would be about 2 weeks before he could get started, it has been almost 3 months now. When I call Josh M***** it is like pulling teeth to get a response from him, I have called and left multiple messages for him (he answered and called me back frequently when he was trying to get our business). When Josh finally did call me back, I told him of my concerns than he was not keeping us informed about when he would be able to come and start our bathroom. He told me that he was busy and that he would get to it. I told Josh that I felt that it was better for all parties that he just return our money and we will try to find someone else to do our bathroom, because he was obviously too busy. I was told that he (Josh) would reimburse me last Friday May 22, 2020, but I got a text from Josh saying that he would have to get back to me this week. I requested that it be by Wednesday May 27, 2020. I had not heard from him, so I called on Wednesday May 27, 2020 with no response. My husband called the same day and left a message that we are done making calls and will have no choice but to file in small claims court if he (Josh) does not get back with us. He did not return our call. We drove by the address listed of his business on Thursday May 28, 2020 and Josh was outside my husband went and talked with Josh about not returning our phone calls. Josh told my husband that he has been busy, but he would call us around 11:00 today May 29, 2020. I have decided to go ahead and file this complaint because it is almost 4:00 and we still have not received a Phone call from Josh M******* as promised. In the process of court proceedings.- Jamie M.

ATool Time Home ImprovementWhat started out as a "loose" tile, developed into dry rot in two baths. The rental duples was originally built in 1970. The tile, sinks, tub and shower door and hardware were original. The floors had been replaced 25 yrs ago (about). The castiron sinks were rusted, the ptraps not working. There was an apparent toilet leak in one bath damaging the under floor layers. We chose to replace the tile walls (not up to todays std) with direct to stud surrounds. The subfloors were removed as well as studs w/ dry rot, replaced. New tile floors. Eric send pictures of all the damage and suggested cost effective repair. We chose higher cost hardware, but went with his recommendations on the rest. Due to the age of the duplex, we had fewer options due to today's std sizes - retrofitting is not easy. Eric handled the scheduling w/ our tenents on both sides to get in and get the work estimated and done.- deanne d.

FIt’s a Game. Brandon is a good salesman, only problem is he DOES NOT follow through. Nor does the company show any interest in Customer Service. In calling the Spokane office the phone would ring and ring. After calling for three weeks to see if and when Dabellia would start, no one answered the phone. After calling them twice in one day, we called the 1-800 number to Dabellia Main Office only to be transferred back to Spokane. This time they answered the phone. Well, the receptionist couldn’t give us any information, since she couldn’t find our information in the computer, but she would have the project manager call us right back. No callback. After signing the contract, Brandon said it three-weeks they would call to schedule for a crew come out to install the new roof. Put in serval calls to Brandon to see what was going on. Either he was in an area where he couldn’t get reception for his phone or he was out of town. The best one was my phone didn’t recognize you as a customer. Once Brandon stated he called and the phone rang 20-30 times-the answering machine picks up after the fourth ring. Six-weeks later we called Dabellia after 15-min we only to be told that there was a delay in getting the shingles in, so it would be a little extra time to get the material in from Portland. Out of the blue on week 8 a crew showed up to strip the roof, they backed a refuse trailer up against the garage, not allowing us access to the garage and left one person to strip the roof. Brandon said “before any Dabellia contractor leaves the work site at the end of the day, everything is picked up.” At the day, the contractor said he was leaving. Asked about cleaning up the yard of shingles and other garbage, “Oh we’ll be back in the morning to clean everything up and get the trash trailer out of here.” When asked at what time, there was no response, except tomorrow. They never showed back up, all weekend the trailer sat in the driveway and we cleaned up the debris. Called Dabellia again via the main office and the project manager stated that she had no idea what was going on. After a week of a bare roof, the material arrived. When asked ho long did this take to get in from Portland. The driver looked at me and said, the material been sitting in their yard all the project manager or contractor should have asked for it to be delivered weeks ago. Each time we reached out to Brandon and Dabellia there was no response. As Brandon told me recently this is how the Roofing Game is played. When the contractor finally showed up to put the roof down, one person was sent. Again, at the end of the day, “I’ll be back in the morning to clean-up. “When asked about a time there was no response. Guess there’s no such thing as a time commitment with Dabellia. The contractor nor Dabellia came back to clean up the debris, so it was up to us to clean up after Dabellia. Famous last words “We will clean up our trash, we will sweep your yard with a magnet.” NOT ONCE did Dabellia do that. Each time we called Brandon and Dabellia there was no response. For five-weeks shingles and other trash was piled in your yard, in hopes that Dabellia would be out to clean-up. Once the roof was completed an inspector would be out to inspect the roof-no show. A week after the Roof was completed, new gutters were to have been installed. Three weeks later the new gutters went up and again the installer did not clean up his mess. Each time this is brought up to Brandon and Matt the General Manager, we got told “well this is the first of me hearing of this.” No wonder they don’t answer the phones-another customer is left waiting for Dabellia to show up. Matt did tell me that he has five project managers working on projects. Gee assigned a task to one project manager and let them work on it then you wouldn’t have a goat-rope operation. Brandon called me yesterday and state, “This is how the Roofing Game is played.” It you want a roof done go to Ziggy’s or McVay Brothers, they don’t play games on customers.

BI actually dealt with Tuckers. I had to stop before finishing the comment section and the link to Tuckers was lost. Service was good prompt arrival. The wait for the parts to fix the dryer was a week to ten days. The wait for parts for the washer was a week or so also, and I had to wait a week for the appointment to talk to the repairman. A bit pricey to fix the old appliances so we decided to buy new ones. Thanks for your help Angie's list Carolyn Money was paid for the service call. I miss the good old days when you could get something fixed that same day or the next.
