    Called Luper and other auto mechanic shops in Lewiston, ID. All were in the ballpark as far as price to replace my air conditioner condenser and auxiliary parts ($800+). They were friendly on the phone and the wait time for an appointment was average with the other shops, about 4 days. They said it would take approximately 4-5 hours, it ended up a couple hours over, but I wasn't in a hurry so it was fine. Overall, they were friendly on the phone and in person and the work is excellent. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

    Alex Wilson is a EXCELLENT mechanic. His prices are very fair and unbeatable. I can't RAVE enough about Wilson Auto Tech. I had a great experience working with this gentleman. He will go over and beyond what you would expect of a mechanic to find out what the problem is that you are having with your vehicle. I had my vehicle in his shop on two separate occasions and the turn around time is quick. Very clean and organized shop.

    Ladies...... If you are looking for a true, honest mechanic that will NOT OVER CHARGE YOU (because you are a woman) then Alex is the mechanic for you. I highly recommend Wilson Auto Tech you will be in good hands.

    We love transmissions
    I was very impressed.  They stick by their work and I will continue to use them again.  If something didn't worked out right and they brought it back in with no charge.  My father-in-law used them and same results.  The work was done for what they said it would be done for him.  It was perfect for him to stay.

    All the people at Kendall Dodge are great. They are very professional and explain everything before performing any service. Did not have to pay as after a certain amount of oil changes you get one free.

    When I went to pick up the vehicle the exterior had a film all over it.  I asked the attendant (apparently the business owner) if they could do any better than that.  She got very defensive and told me the film was oxidation on my car.  I tried to tell her it was not oxidation.  There were other customers there who even made comments that they didn't do a very good job on my car.  The attendant told me to take it to another detailer and they would tell me the same.  So I took it to a auto dealership and the employee looked at it and said that was ridiculous that it looked like it had not been wiped down.  I returned back to Aqua Touch and the original attendant-owner would not come in to speak with me.  I went out to where she was and told her I had taken it to someone who confirmed it was not oxidation on my car.  She proceeded to yell at me, very loudly, in front of other customer,  and told me if I did not show her respect I would be escorted off the property.  She never even went over to my car with me to look at the lousy job that had been done.  This lady is very unprofessional and should not even be a business owner.  I will never go to this awful place again.

    I dropped the car off after hours, with a next day appointment, and received a phone call by 10 am the next morning. The oil change was complete, including check of all fluids and tire pressure and a safety point inspection. They also wash the interior and exterior of car. I had another complaint about some noise, but after having 3 techs drive the vehicle they were unable to replicate my concern. They called and told me the steps they had taken, they conditions they drove the vehicle in, etc. They checked the major components around the area of the noise to err on safety's side and then concluded that I didn't need any extra work. They also didn't charge for the labor, which I would have happily paid. I trust their entire crew to provide good, timely and very reasonably priced service.

    Great job at the detail shop. Cleaned my 1969 Ford Mustang right up. It's almost time to put her away when the summers over, so it was nice to see her all shiny one more time. They did a great job and I will definitely use them in the future. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

    I use Cregg Ulrich (Wizard Auto Electric) for all my auto repairs as he is an excellent mechanic; however a friend was visiting from Seattle and while heading back to Seattle he developed a bad water leak. This was late afternoon on a Friday. His car was towed approximately 20 miles back to Clarkston and a heater core could not be found by the local GM dealer or any of the parts houses. Cregg looked at the situation and told my friend he would re-route the water hoses to bypass the damaged heater core so my friend could get back to Seattle where he could have a new core installed at a later date.

    My '89 Chrysler New Yorker (with 44,000 original miles on it) was making a ton of noise when running so I had it towed down to Marshall's. I found them listed on Angie's List and they got good reviews so thought I'd try them out. Also, the tow truck driver said his father in law used them and was very happy with them although he also recommended the auto repair service he worked for too. They called back the next day to let me know the car's water pump was going out and that it would run about $560 to replace. I thought this price was a bit high but they had the car and I thought where the engine is a transverse mounted one it may be a bit more pricey to work on. I have worked on cars before but all were standard mounted plain old engines; wouldn't want to tackle the water pump in this car by myself. They told me they were really busy and it would take about a week, which would have been a Thursday, to get the car fixed. Okay, no problem. I received a call from them on Monday that the car was ready to go. Three days early! Definitely liked that. When I went to pick it up, they charged me what they had quoted me -- no surprises. They were courteous and professional and got the work done early.
