    I did want services additionally but just did not have dental insurance nor enough money to do the dental work. I thought the Dentist was very nice and I liked his office staff as well. I went to him in around 2007.

    I had never been more satisfied with the Doctor and the Staff. It was fast and easy. 
    I had checked around the area with other dental offices and their prices and Dr. Tingey's was actually the lowest and the receptionist Kathy was very professional and not pushy like some of the other receptionist were trying to get me to make an appointment. My husband goes to this doctor as well. 
    I did not have dental insurance and he even gave me a discount.  I would recommend Dr. Tingey. His office is very easy to find as well, located right across from the college.

    When it came to calling their office, it was hit or miss if I would actually get a hold of them during regular business hours.  They have a call service that they use during the lunch hour and when the office is closed.  50% of the time I would get the answering service during their normal working hours.  When I did talk with the answering service they were not very well informed.  As an example, the entire office went on vacation and the call center did not know.  Having a phone service take messages might seem professional to them, but it was really impersonal and irritating.  They should just have a professional sounding answering machine.
    In comparing costs to another dentist, they were about the same.  The way they had the work scheduled for my teeth wasn't as well thought out.  It did not take into account the insurance cycle, so it would cost me a couple thousand dollars more out of my pocket, rather than taking advantage of what insurance would cover.  Basically, they had it set up so I could either do the major stuff first and then the minor or vise versa.  Instead of first doing as much of the critical items that the insurance would cover for that year and then completing the work when the new insurance year started.  So, they could definitely do a better job keeping the clients pocketbook in mind when they create a dental work plan.

    Dr. Crofts is an amazing doctor. He is considerate and passionate about his work. His equipment is all state of the art and his staff is freindly. He makes himself avaialble when needed and I think his pricing is very fair..

    I love the doctors at the clinic and the prices are 1/2 of what any other dentist charges and they have and quot;state of the art equipment, however, they insist on a full mouth X-rays before the work is too begin, this is fine for a person with dental insurance but a very expensive trip to the dentist without dental insurance..
    The staff is very unfriendly, it seemed to me unless I was on welfare they would not work with me at all when it came to appointments or paying for the dental work. The last time I went to the clinic I was very ill and had to have major surgery the doctor knew this but yet, when I had to cancel because I was having heart surgery his office person told me I could never come back because I had cancelled my appointment. I explained why I had cancelled and she had no empathy at all and still told me I couldn't come back because I had to cancel and that was their policy. Frankly I did not believe her... Her name was Rose.

    I had previously had a crown put on this tooth by Dr. Crofts. I have never before been to a dentist where the crown was made in house and put on in one visit! Amazing. I could even watch the computer model while he was crafting it. As it turned out, I still had to have a root canal (which he had told me might be a possiblility) so I returned to have that done. Since I had just paid for the crown, he did not charge me again when he had to make a new one to put on after the root canal. I was so please!! He impressed me with having all the latest equipment and technology. A definte plus!

    It has been almost four years since I had dental work done by them and I have just found out the cavities they "fixed" were not cleaned properly , so now I have a huge cavity behind the filling!  Two other teeth they worked on are in terrible shape because the repairs did not last.
