    Lois Webb was very professional and helped me to look at the situation and come up with a course of action for me to take. She provided me with tools to better understand myself and those around me. She took the time to listen to my concerns and feelings. I would recommend her if you are seeking a life coach.

    Day 1 - I entered the store and saw several employees working with customers.  I stood there for a few minutes, and was ignored.  I wandered around to see if anyone could help me, but I was ignored, so I left.  Total time wasted = 7-8 minutes
    Day2 -  I entered the store, and I was greeted at the door by a woman who was very polite and professional.  She took down my name, and asked me to wait for the next available representative.  While I was not to keen on the idea of waiting, I felt like this was the fairest way to do this.  So I shuffled off to the corner where others were waiting.  After 25 minutes an associate called my name.  After a brief conversation we came to the conclusion that the upgrade that I wanted to do was not possible because I was not designated as a manager on the account I was sharing.  Total time wasted = between 25 and 30 minutes
    Day 3 - After being added as a manager on the account, I entered the store to be greeted again and sent off to wait.  I came at a different time of day this time hoping it would not be so busy.  I was disappointed.  I watched the minutes tick off of my lunch break until I realized I had to get back to work.  So I left.  Total time wasted = 20 minutes.
    Day 4 - I entered the store with the understanding that I would be there for a while.  I was pleasantly surprised when I was called after only 20 minutes!  I made it clear what I wanted, and the sales associate decided to try and sell me a lot of other stuff.  After saying no to at least 5 attempts to sell me chargers, cases, headsets, and phones different from the one I picked out, he finally went into the back room to get my phone.  When he rang the phone up, it suddenly was not free anymore with my upgrade as was previously stated.  I was now expected to pay $100 and mail in a $50 rebate.  I just turned around and left.
    It may be worth noting that other customers were pretty fed up too.  I overheard many of them talking with associates about their frustrations with the wait time and the lack of service.  I am surprised there are not more negative reviews on this site.

    The internet service is good and seems to be fairly fast. The cost is reasonable. We subscribed to the television service through Cable One since the price was comparable to satellite. Once the service was installed, we were very disappointed. The comparable price did not include a DVR, which was additional, the number of channels were very limited. We canceled the television portion of our service within days of subscribing and went back to satellite. I recommend Cable One for the internet service but feel a much better deal on television service can be found elsewhere.

    I had a c-section in 2011 and was very pleased with the staff and facilities. When my son had his tonsils out in 2013, it was done at Mountain View and we were again very pleased with the staff. They kept us well informed the entire time and brought us everything we needed after the surgery. they went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.

    It all started out with me taking my 9 month old son to his pediatrician for severe diarrhea. The doctor's office checked my son's water levels and determined that the diarrhea was so severe, he was extremely dehydrated and had to be taken to the hospital to have an IV done to get his water levels back up. When we arrived at the hospital the nurses and other staff were quick to get us into a room to do the IV. It was definitely not a pleasant experience watching my baby have an IV inserted, but the nurses did an excellent job at getting it in. Every nurse that we had was so friendly and seemed genuinely concerned for my son's well being. We stayed overnight until my son's hydration levels went back up and his stool sample culture was completed. The doctor came to our room in the morning and told me that there was no bacterial or parasitic infection found in the stool culture. That meant that my son just a bad viral infection causing gastroenteritis (stomach flu). The doctor advised me to give my son plenty of fluids and to also add in some probiotics to my son's food. After that we left and after following doctor's orders, my son got better within a few days.

    Great! After trying a number of other internet providers that fell short because of limited service and unreasonable data caps, we decided to try Cable One. Great, fast reliable internet. Best decision we've made. We ordered this over the phone, so I am not sure which store actually performed the installation, but I am very happy with the results.

    From the time we switched to this company we had nothing but coverage problems!!!! Their customer service people would tell you any thing to get you off the phone. They either told us that we were stuck with there service for two years or pay a fee to cancel, which cost me almost $800 to get out of our contract. If anyone would ask me about this Company, I WOULD TELL THEM TO TURN AND GET AWAY FROM ANY THING TO DO WITH THEM!!!!!

    I took my child in for breathing problems in the middle of the night. He was having trouble breathing and he was showing retraction in his ribs. We went to the emergency department, where we quickly saw a doctor who ordered a breathing treatment with a respiratory therapist. The therapist showed up quickly, gave the treatment, and we were on our way. Sadly, although they treated my son quickly, they did not gather any of my information, so I never received a bill. I decided to be honest so I called the billing department and attempted to give them my information. They told me to call back in a few days after we were in their system. Of course I forgot because I am busy and then finally about a year later I remembered we had never paid the bill so I called again. We finally got the bill and the insurance worked out, but I think they were pretty sloppy not to have taken my information and then turned me away rather than collecting it the next day and entering it themselves later.

    Mountain View Hospital - Idaho Falls
    Everyone was nice and friendly but it took a long time for the nurses to respond to my call light at times. Billing was not streamline and a little confusing. There is not a lot of leeway if you can't pay right away. Not a full service hospital, more like a surgical center because they have no emergency services. Ok for what they do though. Nice and clean. It would have been nice to have a full service cafeteria for my visiting family, the vending machines get old fast. Other than that things were ok.
