We actually received a lot of feedback from friends that out of the options in our area they prefer them, most specifically a couple of the doctors there. So, we basically just went off with feedback from others. The office that we go to have been great so far. They are very helpful in explaining everything that they are doing. I have not really dealt with their billing and administration much but so far, they have been pretty simple to deal with.

Very friendly doctors! Nursing staff is also kind. They did assume I knew what was going on at the appointment and being a first time mom I had no idea what to expect. So I had to ask what they meant when they said you know the drill. Otherwise wonderful!

We saw Dr Smith (he and Dr Moore are two of the best pediatricians ever). We went back very quickly and had little waiting time. He is one of the few doctors I've ever seen get to know my son outside of his medical history. My son had been very nervous about going in and Dr Smith eased all of his concerns.

I took my child in for a well child exam with immunizations. After the medical assistant took my son's weight, height, and head circumference, it took about 15-20 minutes before Dr. Hatch came in. He examined my son and asked questions to make sure he was progressing normal with his development and also asked if I had any concerns. Dr. Hatch had a pretty laid back attitude when I told him about my concern for my son's speech development, or lack thereof. He pretty much just told me to not worry about it right now and if my son was still not talking at all by his next well child exam, then he would look into speech therapy treatment. After that the medical assistant came back in and gave my son his immunizations without any problem. She was friendly and careful while giving the shots.

The Pediatric Center was recommended for our family for the birth of our first child. They were wonderful in the hospital and very informative when they came to visit each day after seeing our child. (We had a c-section so a mandatory 3 day stay) They provided us with a booklet that had great information to look over as a new first time mom! We have had visits now that baby is 3 weeks old and the office has been just as wonderful. They were very helpful at the 4 day appointment and 2 week appointments. We also had to go in on a Sunday because our child had discharge in her eye and we were worried. They were wonderful and there weren't any extra fees because of a visit on a sunday.

Dr. Hatch is very thoughtful when diagnosing my children with anything. He's generally conservative about prescribing antibiotics and definitely advocates healthy living choices. He was actually a bit more proactive this time since my daughter had been complaining her head hurt for about two weeks and her fever had been on and off that length of time as well. When she had a higher white blood cell count he requested more blood work and shots of Rocephin. He was very good about personally calling me to discuss the results of her initial CBC.
The only problem I had with the clinic (not the doctor specifically) was that when I went in the day after my daughter's initial visit to discuss the blood work, it wasn't considered a and quot;continuity of careand quot; visit. It was related to the visit the prior day, but I still had to do another co-pay. Not sure if that's because of health insurance practices or the clinic's.

Well we just recently switch doctors from Dr. Josten to Dr. Anderson.Dr Josten was not the greatest Dr. we have had she is not very clear on why she doing this or that. Also she forgot to tell us that if our daughter gets a bladder infection she needs to get an ultrasound to make sure her bladder is working correctly . We didn't even know this until we switched Drs and Anderson said we should have gotten a ultrasound in the first place! Dr Anderson is an amazing and we love all the advise he gives us. He is very clear on what is going on with our daughter when she is sick. The staff is very professional and friendly. The paint job for the rooms are so fun! Our daughter has a ton of fun looking at the butterflies or dinosaurs. The wait time is almost nothing you check in, sit down to look at the fish or watch a cartoon, then in no time they will call your name to go back. So besides Dr. Josten this is a great place!!

I took in a infant because I suspected he had an ear infection. We saw Dr. Porter. I don't understand why somebody who seems so uninterested in children chose pediatrics. His bedside manner was bland, his interest in my and my child was non-existent, and I wasn't even convinced he was diagnosing correctly. He truly did not seem to care. We did get a prescription for eye drops, and I have never been back.

Dr. Porter did not seem to care about my son's health at all. He kept saying he would 'wait and see' and keep an eye on things, when they were issues that needed to be dealt with immediately.

The staff and nurses are all very friendly. I love the office too. It is very cute. I have Dr. Porter and he is ok. He is not very friendly or talkative. He is very quiet. I have also seen a PA there a few times. I think his name is Jason. He is more friendly and better with the kids. They have always gotten me in quickly and treated my kid's illnesses effectively.
