They were professional, and diagnosed the problem well. But on an after hours service call they took 2 hours show up because the technician was in class -. to be fair they called back and told us there would be a delay. The problem was they have you in a bad situation and take advantage of it. Not only do they charge an extra $80 for the evening service call ( which we expected) but on top of that...
