    The Idaho Falls Plumbing Company
The job was done within two hours. The plumber removed a piece of sheetrock from the bathroom ceiling and replaced the drain system for the upstair's tub. He also noticed that the new installation of water pipes should have been done in copper pipe not PEC pipe. I learned that it is important to have a licensed plumber complete contracted jobs involving plumbing instead of a general contractor. The plumber made sure that the upstairs tub was draining efficiently and he reinstalled the plug. He was very professional and courteous.

    Accurate Leak Locators
I can't tell you how many times I've called these guys. One time on New Year's Eve I was away at an event and one of my properties had a plumbing issue and Sonny went immediately and took care of the issue for me. This is the kind of service you can expect from these folks!

    King George's Royal Flush
Awesome service. We are new to Idaho Falls and I called over 5 plumbers and left messages - no one has called back. I spoke to another company who would charge a $49 service fee to come out and then if they did the work that fee would be applied However, they couldn't give me an approximate price to snake my drain. I then joined Angie's List and found King George. They answered on the first ring, and they were at my house within an hour (I called during lunch). Within minutes they cleared my drain and confirmed by tub was not impacted. They were very professional and the best part was that it was only $124! I will use Kjng George for any future plumbing needs.

Perfect! We had them out 2 times, the second time the owner came out and made the suggestion that we get a screen for the drain to eliminate the need to snake the drain every 5 months. Would definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs.

They were professional, and diagnosed the problem well. But on an after hours service call they took 2 hours show up because the technician was in class -. to be fair they called back and told us there would be a delay. The problem was they have you in a bad situation and take advantage of it. Not only do they charge an extra $80 for the evening service call ( which we expected) but on top of that their repair rates were almost double after hours, - again to be fair we were told the repair cost but only after the $129 service fee.. So we paid almost $500 to have a kitchen sink drain snaked out. When the technician finished he told me that it was working but went on to explain it would only likely work for a little while. He did explain what else he would do. Wow! If I wanted a repair that came with any warranty of their work it was over $1,000. Seems like a lot just to snake a drain. Being reasonable, this was an after hours call, the company was up front about the higher initial service fee,p ($129 vs $49), but made no mention that on top of that repair costs were almost double until after we'd spent the $129. They seem competent and were nice enough but the way they handle billing they not only gouge you after hours but come across as sleazy by not being up front about fees.

    Master Tech LLC
We have used MT three times in recent years. Each time we received excellent service. They also showed up on time which is a huge plus.
The first repair was to replace and update several shutoff valves in our home which had been installed by a fly-by-night builder and were very poor quality. Master Tech told us exactly what needed to be done to bring it all up to code and what it would cost. They did exactly what they said with no added fees or "we forgot to add this" excuses like so many other contractors we have encountered in the past. They also worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards.
The second time was to install a new water heater. The job was done quickly and neatly with the new installation being brought up to current code. They even picked up the new one from Home Depot and hauled off the old unit for us. We didn't have to do a thing.
Third job was just a few miscellaneous repairs in our new house. I wasn't sure what the issue was with the shower drain so they could have really gouged us if they wanted to. They didn't. It turned out to be a simple fix and much cheaper than I thought.
After a few really bad experiences with "professional" plumbers in the past it's nice to finally find a REAL pro. MT is the ONLY plumber we will call from now on. Definitely A+.

    King George's Royal Flush
I originally called another top rated plumber on Angie's list for a slow draining shower in the basement of a home I just purchased.  They called me back an informed they would be unable to assist because their machine was being repaired, but they recommended king George's Royal Flush.
I called them and they picked up right away.  I described the problem and they send someone over w/in 20 minutes.  I showed the tech the problem and he concluded fairly quickly that the main drain was likely obstructed.  He quoted me the price before starting work.  The $164 seemed a bit high: I had to have a line cleared in another home about a year and a half ago and it cost $109 back then (different company/different state).
The tech ran the snake all the way out and cleared the obstruction and ran plenty of water to ensure it was clear.
These guys responded promptly and the tech was courteous got the job done.  Again, the price seemed a bit steep, but I would more than likely use these guys again.

    Seldon Plumbing
I thought it went well, he came on time did his work and left. He was friendly and punctual. However when we finishes the bathroom the next summer we found the stub was not actually set, rather it was just held level by a couple of screws put in under the lip of the tub. When we actually stepes into the tub to work on the ceiling the whole tub shifted and fell because there was nothing under the tub that it was resting on. We had to redo setting the tub which was a pain because the walls were already up in the surrounding rooms and it was difficult to see under the tub to set the cleats properly. Also when we installed the toilet o. The drain he moved, the flange was not installed parallel to the wall so now the toilet sticks out at an angle. It seems these are both basic things he should have got right. Would not recommend.

    King George's Royal Flush
Called them right after opening time for a kitchen sink line that had clogged night before, on Christmas Day. I don't think it was even 10 minutes elapsed before the owner and a helper were at the door. They promptly removed the trap under the sink and routed the line several times to ensure it was running okay. It was very clogged, and had been draining poorly since I had bought the place a year ago. The line has worked good ever since they worked on it.

    All American Rooter

We have had trouble with our sewer line backing up do to tree roots, we have had it cleaned out at least 6 times over the last 8 years. I have had All American Rooter clean it out the last two time. They have been here and done the work in a very timely manner every time. Our house was built in the late 50's and I know the sewer line was not in the best of shape. I had them give me a bid to have the work done. The $2600 price was very reasonable. Other neighbors have had their sewer line replaced and paid as high as 10 time that amount. All American Rooter came in and started the work and by the next day it was done and the trench was covered. They put down tarps to put the dirt on when they dug the trench. They had us soak the trench every day for about a two week so it would settle, then they came back and leveled and remove the rocks and extra dirt. we watered the trench for about another week. Then they came back and put down  new sod. about two weeks  later some of the sod had sunk. They came back filled the sink spot with soil and seeded the space. They have gone over and above to make sure the job was done properly. They backup their work for 7 years. I would highly recommend this company !!!
