Biddulph Huntsman & Dalling Orthopedic Surgery
I made an appointment with Dr. Huntsman. Before I saw anyone, I was taken to radiology for three x-rays. Instead of seeing the doctor, I was seen by a Physician's Assistant. He looked at one of the three x-rays, gave me a brief exam and recommended I come back in three weeks. I never did get a consultation with the doctor, but was charged for a physicians visit and for three x-rays of which only one was reviewed. Had I known I was to be seen by a PA and not a doctor, I would have never scheduled the appointment. All the people I saw at the office were pleasant and professional. The facility was very clean, professional and comfortable. I was kept waiting about 45 minutes from my appointment time until seeing the Physicians Assistant. I believe that when scheduling the appointment with Dr. Huntsman (who I specifically asked for), I should have been informed that I would not be seeing the doctor, but instead, the Physician's Assistant.

Excellent! The advice was top notch. Dr. Wight literally changed my life by having me change the way I was doing certain things. His approach is one of teaching his patients how to improve their health. I highly recommend him!

    Advanced Health Chiropractic
I have had two back surgery's the last one being in December 2015. My insurance allowed 20 Physical Therapy visits which involved massage therapy and was very expensive. After that I was on my own and well short of any kind of recovery. I had a friend refer me to Advanced Health. They were able to give me a much more comprehensive course of treatment than the PT and worked with me on insurance and my out of pocket costs. I was able to discontinue their services about mid November feeling that they had helped me accomplish my goal of getting back to the gym on my own. More recently I tried to go cross country skiing and took a couple of good falls which sent me back to Advanced Health. The x-rays showed that while I didn't damage any of the hardware in my back I did throw it out about a half inch. All of this was explained to me along with a course of treatment. They knew exactly what I needed and I already feel better. I realize that as a result of my surgery I am going to require their services on an ongoing basis, that is just the way it is and I do not want another surgery. Advanced Health is a god send to me!

I have 2 children that attend. The facility appears clean consistently, all the staff appear friendly, my kids love going there. The owner tries to work with you on a payment schedule. The unfortunate side is the pricing. The policy manual you recieve is vague, they transport and pick up kids from school but are charged a flat rate per child. You are charged even if your kids don't attend. Except during summer if they are not going to go. Recommend having a back up sitter during holidays. Overall this place is clean, neat, friendly, but just pricey.

    Jones, Dr. Jeremy L.
I was very pleased with Jeremy's diagnostic and treatment skills. He actually LOOKED at my shoulder (first one to do so) and identified a placement problem due to scar and other tissues that were holding my shoulder forward (from 6 weeks in a sling to allow the bone to heal, and a protective position after that). His (painful) massaging of the tissues and corrective manipulation, along with his specifically prescribed home exercises, freed my shoulder to start bearing weight and feeling normal again (5 months after I fell). And he did it in FOUR visits! My orthopedic surgeon was very impressed with my progress under Jeremy's care and he no longer feels the need to surgically scope my shoulder for treatment. Thank you Jeremy Jones!
Jeremy has a very busy schedule so it may take a while to get an appointment, but he is worth the wait!

    Holly Zoe MD
All they are interested in are doing procedures and lowering pain medication. I went from 150 oxycodone 15mg a mo. in Nevada to one every six hours. I have extreme chronic back pain with two herniated disks, a bulging disk pressing up against my sciatic nerve, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Interstitial Cystitus, Migrains, Muscle Spasms, etc. The worst part is the billing office. We paid every co-pay and have all of our receipts, yet they continue to bill us for non-payment of co-pays. We have called, emailed and gone into the office. The billing person continues to say she is too busy to meet with us. All she has to do is make a copy of the receipts we received from paying the co-pays every visit. We believe that there is something going on in the billing department that Dr. Zoe is most likely unaware of and wonder how many other people have experienced the same problem.

    Chiropractic Healing Arts Center
Angie at Chiropractic Healing Arts Center is great. After the electrodes were done she massaged the knots out of my back and neck. I was much more relaxed before being adjusted. I felt much better afterward.

Removed children from Center into a much more affordable and organized center. We are no longer charged for days our children do not have to attend Daycare. Out after schoolers now get one on one help with excelling their reading, math, etc after school AND we are paying less.

I Have been a patient of this clinic for over 2yrs while only seeing Dr. Zoe a couple times the rest has been increasingly worse. 1st they lie about having to see you every month while you can come in every 4th month for scrip refills. then the billing disputes no one tells you about a $500.00 udt until you get the bill and your insurance freaks out. Then when your in pain you advise them your in a substantial amount of pain and ask to increase dose for the colder months they deny you your med when you go see another dr for help then they make you go in for another office

    Nelson, Dr. Aaron M.
I have a long-term back condition that I successfully managed for many years. Since moving back to Idaho Falls 5 years ago, I have seen a number of chiropractors, with generally disappointing results. However, I recently went to Dr. Nelson, after reading the positive reviews on Angie's List, and he is amazing. He is quick, professional, and genuinely good at what he does. His staff seem to emulate him in that regard. After 3 visits, I am completely pain free again, as I have not really been in nearly 5 years. I would recommend him to any friend!
