    We've had Trademark mechanical as our installion and service contractor for over 11 years. From day one they have consistently and efficiently responded to our needs with a high degree of concientous thought and professionalism. On the day of writing this review, we ordered a new furnace as the old one was finally "over with". Important to note that all of their service persons have treated us kindly over the years. It does matter that the kind of personal care and concern they've demonstrated over the years has helped us get the most use out of our heating and cooling equipment. In particular, Perrin R is a stellar technician. He is thorough in his efforts and absolutely conscientious in his advice on behalf of a homeowner. Having been involved in the home building and land development business we certainly know a good company and dependable business. Trademark started out exceeding our expectations years ago, and since then they've upheld a standard of excellence in all that they do. Anyone reading this review would make a wise decision in choosing Trademark Mechanical for their heating and cooling needs.

    The service we receive from Trademark Mechanical is FIRST class! Michael Scott responded promptly to our call; replaced a belt. Michael even showed me how to set the HVAC controls around the office after he discovered they were not set to the most efficient and comfortable setting for the office. Michael was so professional and helpful! In fact, everyone I have dealt with at Trademark is so patient, kind and helpful.

    My original appointment was scheduled for August 10, and a couple hours after the time of the appointment, I received a phone call telling me that their truck had broken down. I wanted to reschedule again during this phone call, but was told by Missey, who I was speaking to, that she would call me back regarding the new appointment. After waiting 25 minutes, I called Hurliman back, and rescheduled for the 13th. The day of the appointment, I waited for the technician to arrive, and when they did not, called Hurliman to find out what the problem was. It was then that I told that I was mistaken...that the appointment was originally for the 14th. I disputed this, and felt that I was being lied to, because I'd written the appointment date down. On the 14th, the technician Mark came out and I didn't feel that he knew exactly the service that he was supposed to be performing. When I took a look at the work order, I saw that the original date of the 13th was crossed out, and the 14th was written in. This is an absolutely unacceptable business practice.

    Shafers does a fantastic job.  They installed the initial heating system with an air purifier.  When they came to add the

     A/C, they were punctual and came back when both of us were home to show us how the system worked and helped with the thermostat programing.

    Dave Brostrom, from sales at Border Sheet Metal and Heating was at my home within 20 minutes of my call to the company. He was professional and friendly. He gave me options and information that helped me make informed choices. He told me about the rebates that I would be eligible for. His bid on the job was $1000.00 less than the previous bid and was for a more efficient furnace. He left space heaters to help get me through the very cold night. The installation crew arrived the next morning right on time and got right to work. They got all the work done within one day and one of the guys even programmed the new thermostat to match the program from my old one. They got all the electrical temped in and arranged for an electrical company to come the next morning to do the final electrical work and that was done exactly as promised. The Border office called the next day to make sure I was happy with the work and that the furnace was working. The office staff even sent in the paperwork required to get my rebates from Lennox and Avisita. I could not be happier with the service or support that I got from Border. The prices for furnaces in general are high but I was happy with the bid and professional work. Border Sheet Metal and Heating would be my company of choice for any future heating/cooling needs.

    Both guys from Cd'A Sheet Metal and Heating put booties on over their shoes when they came in the house after checking on the old furance. Both were prompt and even were able to come earlier than first scheduled that day. The first service tech that came (Cornel) was professional and courteous. He worked on my old furnace that had quit. He gave good information on what the problems were and what the options were for repair or replacement. He called and arranged for the salesman (Mark) come to my home to talk about replacements. Mark came out about 3:00 pm and was, at first, friendly and helpful and gave me bids and information on the two options I was interested in. When I said I was going to get another bid it became quite uncomfortable, he became sullen, unfriendly and left quickly. He had brought a couple of space heaters with him but after the mention of getting another bid said he would not leave them if they weren't going to do the work. I guess I can understand that, but it was rude and the temperatures were going to be in the teens that night. Luckily I was able to get another company to come out right after Mark left and they did leave a couple space heaters for the cold night. I would call Cd'A Sheet Metal and Heating again but only to have Cornel come to do maintenance. I would not have Mark come again. The bids that Mark gave me were almost $1000.00 more for the same products than the company I did go with.

    They showed up the next morning after the furnace went out, replaced the parts they had on their truck, ordered the additional parts needed and got them by the next day.  They installed these at the scheduled time and price in a very friendly and professional manner.The circuit board had shorted out and needed to be ordered and replaced.

    fI purchased an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for Airco for a furnace clean and check. Our furnace was not only long overdue for a cleaning, but it was not working consistently. When I called to make the appointment I informed the gentleman that I expected further work to be needed because my furnace wasn't working, upon informing of this he made a point to move my appointment up to the soonest available as it is winter and cold! Rick came and assessed the situation - he was friendly, courteous, and timely. He did not recommend any unnecessary extras and when we ran into trouble with the old furnace later, he came out on a Friday night and fixed our issue. Our furnace now works better than ever! We truly appreciated his understanding and empathy for our situation, and his willingness to go the extra, inconvenient mile to make sure we had heat. We will definitely be using Airco Mechanical for our future heating and cooling needs!

    Called them to come look at my fireplace. Made an appt for 11:30am and the guy still had not showed up at 11:45am. I called him and he said he thought the appointment was for Noon. Okay, not a big deal people can make a mistake. So then when my part came in they called me again and asked when was a good time to make an appointment to install the part. I told them the next day at 4pm would work becuase that is when my husband could take time off work to be there. He agreed to the time. The day of the appointment my husband text me at 4:40 and said they had not shown up or called. I called them and the guys comment was "oh good, I was hopeing you would call, I'm out around the lake and behind on the job" I told him you are glad I called? You are the business and I am the customer, don't you think you should have called? He acted put off. I told him that I still needed this done tonight. He finally showed up at 6:40pm and never once apologized for blowing us off initially and you could tell he was put out. I will never use them again. This is probably some of the worst customer service i have seen in some time.
