    Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Dealing with this company is costing me $548.76 for services I do not want. They showed up on my doorstep in 2016. I signed a 39-month contract with them, which converted to an open-ended agreement at the end of 39 months. At the end of the 39 months, a rep called and asked me if I wanted to renew my contract. I declined and she lead me to believe that my contract would convert to month-to-month. This wasn't true. It's YEAR-TO-YEAR. On September 24, 2020, I called them to cancel my service. The rep, Jacob, offered me a discount on monitoring and when I declined, told me to send an email, which I did. On September 28, 2020, I got an email from Jasmine who said that she was sorry I was canceling my service and that someone from the Resolutions Team would be contacting me within 24-48 hours. I didn't hear anything from anyone. I was shocked when I saw on 10/30/2020 that they took $45.73 out of my checking account on 10/27/2020. I called on 10/30/2020 and spent over 60 minutes on hold to be sent to tech support who then put me on hold (again) to deal with the Resolutions Team. I talked to Miguel, who said that my open-ended agreement was year-to-year, not month-to-month, and the agreement doesn't end until OCTOBER 28, 2021. Apparently, the fine print says they need a written signature 30 days before the end of the service year. Neither Jacob nor Jasmine told me that they needed a signature and that my account was about to auto-renew very soon. I acted in good faith to cancel my service and am furious at their treatment of a 4+ year customer. I filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and my state's Attorney General. Fluent's response was basically "Screw you. Pay us $440-550 or we'll send you to collections." Avoid these creeps.

    First communication with vendor was May 8. Site visit (job scope) May 12. On May 29, after myriad communications, vendor indicated, “Job bigger then we can do right now.“ so, for what it’s worth, it took this vendor 17 days to tell me the job scope was beyond their [scheduling] capability. Let that speak for itself. Why are they on Angie’s List indicating they can do the aforementioned work, or taking bid opportunities? Not fair to the customer! I can’t speak to their skills, their field visit was very professional, and I was impressed. This seems to be a management issue beyond the fieldwork.

    The master panel for the alarm system turned out to be very old and the technician was unable to get it functioning again. The tech was very knowledgeable and quite thorough in exploring all options to get the system working, but ultimately was unsuccessful due to no fault on his part. After determining the existing system could not be reactivated, Certified Security provided me several options to update the equipment and activate the system. They made every effort to find something that would work for me. Overall I was very impressed with their customer service and would recommend them to others.

    Low money/cost up front for the equipment once you decide to proceed-appx $100-great monitoring system and a customer support team anytime needed! We did a lot of research and would go with Frontpoint again in a heartbeat! Their customer service alone beats their main competitors!

    We ordered this wireless home alarm system as the hard wired system currently in our home does not work as it should.  We received the system as promised and all the parts we had ordered were included.  My husband installed the system himself with the help of their videos online.  It was very simple to install; hence called SimpliSafe!  It is also very easy to use and we are very pleased with the entire system.  The nice part is it is all portable and we can take it with us if we move from this residence.  I would recommend this system to anyone.
