    Very professional. From what I could see the workplace was clean and neat. The telephone communication was excellent, first with the estimate and then when the job was done. I have an old car but they had the parts I needed in stock and got me back on the road the same day. The price was fair too.

    WE didn't know it was the mogul that was out it could been a lot of different things that may have been wrong but they access the problem and they fix the problem all in one day and that was a big plus for us.

    They were prompt and professional and diagnosis the problem well and right now everything seems to be and hundred percent.

    They did exactly what we needed in a timely manner.

    They schedule an appointment for me they were ready for me when I got there everything was just as they said that it would be.

    Terribly terrible, hands down the worst service a person could ask for!!! I WOULD NOT recommend this guy to my worst enemy, not to mention he's double maybe triple the price of any other napa auto care center in CDA, I mean perfection tire was honest with me, them also being a napa auto care center the price didference was atleast 200$... you guys do the math..

    Troy, called me with each diagnostic step and his findings.  He wanted to make sure that what he suspected was in-fact the cause of my issue.  Once they found the specific problem of a bad installed sleeve and injector (by the dealership), they repaired it and it runs like a dream.  While it was in their shop, Troy noticed that my dash had some issues and called to ask me if I wanted them to send it out while it was having the engine being worked on.  I approved the additional work and frankly it saved me down time and the dash cluster never looked so good.  Auto Works is my go to shop.

    Excellent as always.  Troy is very upfront and honest.  He won't 'stroke' the customer and try to make more money out of you.  Bottom line is, he's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and in the long run, he'll end up being the cheapest!

    Great.  The guys are knowledgeable, fast and friendly.  So far I've used them on two vehicles.  They are a bit pricier than others, but the convenience of sitting in your car and most of the time, only a 10 minute wait without having to make an appointment, is more than worth the extra money to me.  I work over 100 hours a week for our own business, and I used to have to remember to make an appointment for an oil change, then take the time to drop off the car, then get my husband to take me back to pick it up, etc., etc., etc.  Waste of time and gas back and forth, so basically, being able to just drive up, have them do the work, show you what they are doing, count off the quarts of oil, etc., just can't be beat.  I'm very happy they are within a mile or two of my house.

They get me in as soon as they can. They greet me on a first-name basis. They're competent. They know what they're doing. They honored the warranty on the radiator.

    No problems, however previously this dealer tried to sell services which were not needed. About 80,000 miles ago on my Jeep Grand Cheerokee I complained about a slightly rough shift when going into second gear. I was told the seals were bad and I definitely needed a total transmession rebuild for about $1800 and I was lucky to find this problem now before damage happened. I than went to a reputible transmission dealer (hard to find) and he recommended just a fluid change. He also recommended an additive which he did not carry in case the problem returned. Now it is 80,000 miles later without any problems. I did not even get the additive.

    They are real good. They wash the car for us for free. They do a thorough job with the repairs and the maintenance. They don't forget stuff, and they don't mess with our car. With regard to price, as far as the other car dealers go, they are all the same; it's pretty close.

    I have always liked their service department. They have made a few changes since Findlay took over. They are friendly and upbeat. They try and accommodate the customer. They are good people; I like them over there. They are open and seem to be honest. I really appreciate that kind of customer service and that kind of warmth; I don’t find that everywhere. I was really amazed at how inexpensive it was.
