    I called 3 or 4 places and never received a call back except from Adam at Averys appliance repair. Adam was able to come out within 48 hours and let me know with a 2 hour time frame when he qould be there. Adam and Noel were very professional and knew exactly what the were talking about. They were quick and friendly ....I will always recommend Adam to anyone who needs an appliance fixed.

    Neil tech Robert L talked me through removing the ice maker, fixing the problem and reinstalling it. The work itself was not easy but Robert patiently guided me through the process with which he clearly was very familiar with. Using my iPhone, I could have Robert look behind things for me, take a photo, then circle where I needed to place the nut driver or finger or whatever. It was a cool experience. I’ll probably call them back and get more help because the ice maker has started acting up again but differently. I know that if I end up having to replace the ice maker, I can do it, with Neli’s help.

    Pedro walked me through what to look for (since my phone couldn't get video) and then gave me the appropriate info for my warranty and the number to call to get the parts and full labor taken care of since it is a bigger project then I am capable of doing. Very grateful for his help during this lockdown from the COVID-19 outbreak. Only thing was the video process that was frustrating.

    f i could give NO stars or negative stars, I would. We ordered 17k worth of appliances in July. First, when we called to ask if someone could come out to ensure we ordered the right ones, they said "bring us all of the serial numbers and we can exact match the sizes that way", so we did. Second, they told us the order would take a couple weeks to arrive., it's now almost November and we are still dealing with them and the mess. Their "serial number match" was a joke - they ordered us a fridge that was too small for our opening, the dishwasher didn't fit and neither did the microwave, basically the only thing that did was the cooktop. So, installer gets here the first time once all appliances are delivered and immediately tells us the fridge wont fit and how did we measure, we told them we didn't, they said bring the serial numbers in. He said they could have had me come out and do a measurement appointment (guess he does them all the time but we were never offered this). Fridge goes back and I ask for a refund instead of going through the process to wait for another one since it took almost three months to get in the first place - they had the BALLS to charge me a 25% restocking fee - I am speaking with an attorney for unfair business practices on this whole sham of a business as it's a JOKE, also going to file a BBB complaint and whatever others i can as I literally feel they just ripped me off. I mean, that was a 7k fridge that you said would fit and now you just get to keep my $1700?!?! Fast forward to the remaining items arriving (again 3 months later), same guy (who is the only amazing thing in the whole ordeal as he did everything perfectly) comes to install dishwasher and double oven, well, dishwasher hose is cracked and we have to have one ordered and still can't use the dishwasher - he calls freds and tells them, we called, and finally we get a call saying the part is in, they will be here Tuesday (10/27) to fix it and we will get a call with a 2 hour window that day. Tuesday comes, no call. We call them and "Oh no, I dont know why this was messed up, I dont show you on the schedule but I see the notes, my service manager will be out first thing in the morning to handle that" Wednesday (10/28) 8:30am service manager calls and says I wont be there, Fred's didn't give me the part to fix it, I will be in touch. Just MINDBLOWN over this whole scenario, and the thing about it is, they just dont care. I called after the fridge thing and the restocking fee issue to their corporate office to complain about the sales person who we dealt with and no one calls back! No credits for anything, had to pay two times for two different installs because they messed up, but they just dont care. I honestly can't believe they are in business still - what happened to "locally owned" support local practices, I tried to do that and it bit me in my ***, Fred's doesn't care about it's locals and i hope this review will save the next person who is thinking about using them the headache.

    Kindred is always very responsive and proactive. They notice items around my home that might need repair, replacing, or servicing and let me know so I can decide on a course of action. If I have an emergency (like my refrigerator gives out just before 4th of July weekend!!) they are quick to find a way to help me. They are professional and do a great job. For me they have performed landscaping maintenance include sprinkler repair and winterization, housecleaning, winterization and summarization of the house, minor home repairs and appliance replacements and servicing.

    Perfect! I was so surprised that the tech "fit us in" later in the evening. I have NEVER had a service call that wasn't between 8am and 5pm. I was worried and kept calling cause it was after 6 and he was running behind. Had to come from a long distance away. (We live in a rural area.) But he did arrive and was very professional. Turns out it was minor, but he was honest, which I REALLY appreciate, since he probably could have sold us a bill of goods. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks, Kerry!

    I called 5 minutes after his office opened at 8 a.m. and he answered personally. I described the problem with my GE stove and gave him the model number. I asked him if he could come that same day and he was at my house in about 30 minutes. His 44 years of experience enabled him to go directly to the problem which he fixed. I have a drop-in range which he pulled out to do the repair. He was kind enough to ask if I would like to sweep behind the stove before he pushed it back in place. He was in and out within about 30 minutes. Super knowledgeable and professional. You couldn't ask for better than Jerry.
