DCertaPro Painters® of SpokaneThe paint crew was friendly and did a decent job. Make certain you get a clear, written understanding of exactly what you are paying for when you sign the contract. It was implied during the original estimate painting the 'trim' included vertical trim, but was invoiced another $1000, (20%) more to run a roller over about 200' of vertical trim around the house. Could of done it myself for $50 of paint. Clear case of pricing gouging. For a $1000 more you would think that would include the 'edges' of the trim board, but no just the facing surface.- James C.

His bid was most reasonable and included making certain that small repairs to siding were made and wood to be stained was properly prepared before he painted. His attention to detail was marvelous and greatly appreciated. One of his sons helped with trim painting and he, too, did excellent work. Pete's a fun guy and loves what he does. He went WAY above and beyond on doing the job RIGHT, much better than the last person who painted my house! He repaired siding, took care of a million nail holes where they put the siding on wrong, caulked around the windows that hadn't been done - an EXTREMELY professional job! The back of my house is about 4 stories high, and other painters didn't want to even try it. Pete Waagenaar did it with ease. His preparations including the pressure washing demonstrated his vast knowledge of his profession. He ensured that the house was completely dry after pressure washing, and before painting. He took great measures to ensure that there was no paint overspray. After completion of the job, he has us do a walk around for anything that we weren't satisfied with. And even after that he completed his own walk around and found a couple of areas that HE wasn't satisfied with. The entire experience was an absolute pleasure. AI wish I had called this Company earlier! They answered my call and sent out a crew right away. It took them no time at all to find the buried tank and helped us figure out what was causing our back up problems. A quick repair took care of it even though one of the men had to go down inside the tank and I never heard one complaint. It's been 2 weeks and everything is working perfectly!
