But I could not afford it and ended up having it done by SNAP. Based on him coming out so quickly and being so very professional and accomodating, I am glad to recommend him. The completed work doubled our living space and we are so over the moon happy with everything that is done. APace PlumbingRiley was professional and friendly. After asking several questions he went straight to clean out the drain under our sink and gave us a primer on what can and can’t go down the garbage disposal and how to flush it ourselves. After 10 minutes of work he left. We had expected a bigger job, and possibly a new garbage disposal. Instead, he said he rather we call him if we ever need a plumber again, instead of charging us for 10 minutes of work. We appreciated his integrity and attitude, and will 100% call him if we have plumbing issues again.- David B.

From the initial estimate and design to the actual construction phase, we felt blessed to have chosen Sergey and his crew! Great guys. Fast. Thorough. Cleanest job site I’ve ever seen! Just the best! Took about 2 1/2 weeks ...to remove the tub, vanities, old nasty flooring, and cabinets and replace them with new everything. Tub became a walk-in shower. We had an issue with a lighted mirror that we ordered via third party, and a delivery delay with our flooring tiles, but it didn’t really phase us. Sergey made sure we were informed about everything. Amazing communication between contractor and customer. We’ll hire him to do purr kitchen next year!!! Very impressed and happy with our new bathroom. Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

AWe've called Steve whenever we've required a plumber. Steve is always prompt at call backs, on-time (always), reasonably priced, and an excellent plumber. He replaced our water heater recently and completed the replacement within an hour and a half. He was prepared with everything needed for the replacement and left the work space spotlessly clean. Steve has earned our trust and confidence over the years. I'd contract with him with no reservations.

AGreat! Able Rooter arrived on time, had a conversation with me about the problem, went to check it out, got his tools and was started on the repair - in the first 15 minutes. He checked to make sure all was working correctly after the repair was done, and before he left. Price was certainly fair. Great communication skills!

AThe work was superb. Both projects were finished on time. Especially the bed/bath remodel. It happened during January - April 2017 during our continual snowstorms. Paul was able to navigate the road up to and down our driveway during the cold and freezing weather.
