BPriority Property CareI hired Priority for my company to help with some renovations at a rental house. While the original scope of the project changed, they were still able to do some work for us, it just took longer than expected. We asked about other projects that needed to be done to which Priority agreed to help, but disappeared when it came time to execute. I'm sure our changes to our work projects didn't help, so I won't fault them, but not communicating with clients and not showing up for more work seems weird.- Adrian H.

AHardwood Connection IncFloors look great! 6 months later and they still look great! We have large active dogs. I tried nail covers for a while but decided that was not sustainable for me. I use area rugs with great pads. I am careful to have the walkways mostly covered to protect the floor and my dogs from sliding.- Linda L.

He was willing to engage in a dialogue with me regarding the best way to refurbish my rental property. His workers are very good at what they each do and were very personable as well. AEveryone at Quality Hardwood Floors did an excellent job. From Wendy in the main office, to Walt who came to give us an estimate and answer our questions, to Paul who lead the restoration/installation team, everyone was professional, efficient, and friendly. They did an amazing job matching the new floors to the existing 73-year-old original floors. We felt comfortable leaving town and leaving the job and our home in their hands. Our neighbor even commented about how hard-working the crew was. When they ran into an unforeseen issue, Paul called us immediately and talked us through to the proper decision. I would definitely hire Quality Hardwood Floors again and have already talked with friends about the wonderful job they did.

AWe love our floors! Daryl and his brother-in-law did an awesome job for us when we decided to convert carpeted rooms to wood floors AND match them to existing wood floors. They provided expert opinions in determining the best transitions from original to new floors. These two were on time everyday and worked very hard to meet our deadlines. They did our prep work and were very careful in removing old carpet, tacks, etc. Their vacuum was always in tow. We also had the "brother in law" do our baseboards and trim and these are spot on as well. As the daughter of a carpenter and grand daughter of two carpenters I know what quality work looks like and they delivered. As a plus they both had great senses of humor. Ann and Phil Wetmore
