From the front desk where Tess checking me in to my admit and discharge with Natalie and Sheri, everything went so smoothly! I was so impressed with the care, professionalism and the kindness of all the staff. They all had smiles on their faces as though they really love their jobs! Meg did a wonderful job with my anesthesia she carried me away to the best sleep I’ve ever had! I felt so safe in their capable hands. Christina put me at ease and calmed my nerves and Dr Habibi was a gem! He even played my favorite music:) I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

    Spokane Foot Clinic
My right foot was occasionally painful to walk on. My insurance carrier stated that they would cover shoe inserts. Yes, the shoe inserts were covered by my insurance. I had X-rays done on my foot along with molds for the shoe inserts. The podiatrist also spent less than 5 minutes scraping off a very small callous under my little toe with a file. I thought to myself, "Well, that's nice of this podiatrist to do that for me." To my dismay, however, when I received my bill 2 months later, I discovered that I was charged $205. for that "expert procedure" that I could have done for myself for free!!! The podiatrist never forewarned me that this "procedure" would be charged such an outrageous amount. If she would have forewarned me, I would have declined that "procedure" and would have easily saved myself a couple of hundred dollars!!! She should have forewarned me of that ahead of time that she was not doing the couple of minutes worth of filing out of kindness but is adding that to the bill & terming that as a "procedure" of "shaving skin." When I complained to the billing department, they did nothing about appealing that charge, and I was required to pay the bill. I would never recommend the Spokane Foot Clinic to anybody, not even my enemies.

I would like to leave a review of your billing department. Especially that of Melanie King. My insurance has more than once pre-approved a Remicade infusion then denied the $17,500 claim following the infusion. As you can imagine this was a very unnerving and stressful experience for me. However I had a champion on my side. Melanie King who fought them tooth and nail with an unrelentless drive and passion. She kept me informed of each step and action which gave me hope. In the end she victoriously conquered the insurance beast and they paid the claim. If it weren't for her actions, I would have had to go deeper in debt and mortgage my house. The stress was great and causing me to become ill. I am so grateful that she is part of the SDDC team and has become a hero for many of us.

    Louisville Laser
The manager, Autumn, explained the procedure in great detail and answered all my questions. I'm 72 years old, and before accepting me for treatment, I provided them with my medical history, all the medications I was taking and the dosages, and my allergies; all of which was reviewed and approved in advance by their medical director. Then, the lazer was applied to one single spot on a least conspicuous place on my face to see if I might have any adverse reaction. After a week or so with no adverse reaction, Elizabeth gave me my first treatment. Each time the lazer was used, there was a small puff of air followed by the mildest (to me) pricking sensation. The sensation is a little more intense on the nose area, which Elizabeth left for last. She did tell me before she started that I could take a break if I wanted one, but it wasn't necessary for me. The second and last appointment was made six weeks later. It seems reasonable to me that results can vary from one person to another for a variety of reasons. I would have been very satisfied with even a modest improvement. In my case, the improvement was nothing short of amazing! And Elizabeth was wonderful. I'm so grateful.

I like that hes thorough and cautious. In 1994 I went to him for a lump in my breast, he said I think its a cyst, but I want you to have a scan done. It was breast cancer and everything turned out okay. The thing of it is; unlike many doctors would say lets watch it for 6 months, he is cautious and doesn't take risks with his patients lives.

Most of the time, I see the physician’s assistant at her office. She is very thorough. She always seems to have time to sit down and talk to me. I don’t like to take drugs or medications of any type and she is very good about not insisting on that type of thing. I have insurance coverage so billing is not a problem. The physician’s assistant is punctual. When she is treating me for some problem, sometimes, she has to try out a couple of things. She is not a magician.

I got steroids shots because my knees were still little painful, so that it wouldn't hurt so much and so that I could get out and start walking again. My experience with them has been excellent. They know me well. All of the people in the group ended up being very nice to me. I would definitely choose them again. They have been successful in helping me with the treatment and everything, as successful as one can be with a seventy one year old knee.

Dr Kernerman has been very competent, kind and helpful. He is a good listener and takes all the time I need to address issues of concern to me. He appealed to my HMO to get me started on a new medicine. When that failed, he pursued another avenue to make sure that I got the care I needed.
