ALovett's Enterprises LLCThey were very friendly and personable. We enjoyed talking with them and that gave us insight about their work ethic. Our property is a rental and it needed repainting. They gave us their opinions of our choices as to the quality and comparison's of Behr vs Sherman Williams . We stayed with our Behr choice and opted for their choice of sheen. They pressure washed the entire structure, sealed the cracks throughout, taped EVERYTHING, painted and cleaned everything up.. Other than the new paint on the house you would never know they had been there We are in love with the color and have already spoken to them about painting the stucco on our home. ARAW Window CleaningI will never have dirty windows again. Ron did a fantastic job and was a nice gentleman as well. I am a senior and simply unable to keep up with the heavy duty cleaning that windows require. Ron was on time, explained what he would do and asked if there was anything else I needed. I had a stubborn shower door that was a hazard to me and he reset it in the tracks and did not charge me. I can't believe what a difference the clean windows make. It is almost as if there is no glass at all in the frames and my screens are as good as the day they were installed. It is so nice to see the sun come shining in again. AHe arrived on time and was clean and courteous. The bunk bed came with "instructions" but were a real mess. He had THE BEST attitude about the whole thing. It took about 30 minutes longer than anticipated, but he was very transparent as to why (all the bad instructions). He was very careful with all the pieces. It would have take us all day and he knocked it out in a couple of hours and was so pleasurable to be around. We plan to hire him for additional work in our new home. In fact, he did a walk through while he was here and suggested a doggy door solution that's going to save us a lot of money.

AI highly recommend All Trade Construction, which I found here on Angie's List. Bob is the contractor for All Trade, and he was excellent and thorough from start to finish. He built a new detached two-car garage to match the style of our 1950s mini ranch house. He put the time in to give us an accurate estimate for his bid--i.e. like calling the plumbers who replaced our main sewer line to see if the garage project would require moving its location and thus unforeseen extra $$$. And the time he put into the estimate paid off because his bid was quite competitive compared to some of the others we received (which ranged from $20,000-$40,000 in the winter of 2019). This thoroughness of Bob's also meant that the project had few, unexpected additional costs. Once we had the contract signed and the permit ready, Bob scheduled his sub contractors promptly, and then entire garage was done within a few weeks. Basically, Bob ran a tight ship, and throughout the process he communicated what was happening and when it would happen--like deliveries or sub contractors showing up and when. He was also at the job site, practically daily, inspecting the work. Then at the end of the process, Bob cleaned up the job site himself and raked out the gravel around the concrete slab's driveway / apron to make it more tidy. One last relevant detail: after the job was complete and paid for, I painted the exterior to save costs, and in the process, I noticed a bowed stud causing a bump in the wall. I asked Bob about it, and he said that he would make sure it was fixed. I didn't have high expectations, given that his framers were so busy with summer construction season underway. But within a few weeks, Bob himself came back and fixed the bad stud.... That's the kind of work Bob did: detailed and honest. Thank you, Bob, for a great new garage!

AThis is a revised review from a previous experience when the gutters were not as clean as we had hoped for and we were quite disappointed with the service. After writing my review on Angie's List Samantha Kay contacted me personally and apologized for the experience we had had. She sent the technician out again, at no cost to us to re-do the work. This time the gutters were sparkling clean! I very much appreciated Samantha's candid and sincere response to our review and the ownership she took for not delivering on the service she would expect herself. Her response and the fact they used the opportunity to improve on their service was great. That is not easy to find these days and I will definitely use their services again.

AKen is a solo proprietor/worker that guarantees his work; that has been in business since 1996. It is obvious that he has developed a successful "customer-first" business. He is even coming back to touch up any affected exterior windows if there is a storm within a week. He is a pleasant hard working family man. We signed up for his twice a year program and received a discount. Because he owns the business and does all of his own work himself; he pays attention to detail, works hard, and is very thorough. He gave me an estimate over the phone and the final price even though I added statement of work; was still within the price range of the estimate. He also did extra work and I wasn't charged.

FNo response from two phone conversations (1st on 10/17) requesting that I send photos by email of the roof and requirements which I did. I phoned several weeks later (10/29) due to no response and the VERY rude receptionist said they had no record and there was no Angie's list offer that I qualified. I finally sent 2nd email inquiring and received a quote for $1,900+ to build this small frame. No one ever came by to view the specified job. The bid was outrageous. I had just had a covered 8'x12' wooden porch with posts set in concrete for under $3,900 the end of Sept. The new job did not require a floor. The only reason I contacted Brilliant was due to there being an Angie's list discount, Brilliant was the only referral and that my handyman was booked through the end of the year.
