    Front door weatherstripped & caulked at he bottom, both inside and outside. Door is now sealed very tightly and will save me money on both my heating and A/C. Bathtub re-caulked perfectly. Last year's furnace repair handled very effectively, efficiently and professionally. Maintenance requests were taken care of within one business day.

    First off, his new address is 37th E 208 #3.   What a nice man!  He only charged me a $20 diagnostics fee plus parts and labor which I felt was a very good price.  I called him early in the morning and he told me he had an appointment out of town but would wait for me to bring my TV in.  Then he really surprised me when he said to come back at 1pm and he'd have the TV fixed.  WOW!  When I went back he had it all fixed and cleaned and put an extra part on the connector so I would never break it again.  Can you believe that?   My previous experience with a TV repair person was a horrible ordeal and he tried to change me $500.  And it took 2 weeks to get my TV back.  I will never go to anyone else but this man.

    They have been training their representatives a lot better. They have been getting more knowledgeable on the systems. I am in the knoll, so when I'm home, voice mail is a week later. It's the reception. The price is reasonable, it's $80 for two lines. I can't complain, before it was substantially more. They've dropped the price on it. It's my choice of living location, everywhere else, it works fine. They are fair and they are getting better training. I've had some good representatives lately.

    Attendees were met at the door and asked if they were family.  Then they were instructed to sign an affidavit stating that they were family.  No flowers or friends were allowed.  An additional  $400 was the charge if "friends" would be attending the viewing. No speeches or statements addressed to attendees was allowed.  In preparation, new clothes were brought to the funeral home and we were informed that it would be an additional $400 to dress the body in the new clothes.  The family members making and paying for the arrangements were treated very poorly and asked very inappropriate questions.  One funeral service employee was downright rude.  I would never recommend this place to anyone.  Terrible experience.

    STAPLES THE OFFICE SUPERSTORE
    For each PC they had on the shelf, there were two price tags that had totally different information.  No sales associate came to help and no one was near the computer area.  I used the restroom thinking they were just occupied.  I walked past two sales people who did not say hello or offer to help.  I went back to the PC area and tried to figure it out again.  Another 10 minutes and no help.  I left and bought a PC at Office Max.

    I want this to be posted so that others can see what type of business American Property Management is running. If this is how they treat their tenants that have paid their rent faithfully on time for over 4 years, you can only imagine how others are being treated.

    Went wonderful.  I called Frank at Gamma Enterprises/Welding Shop on December 3rd and he promised to do the repair on December 4th.  He turned up on the scheduled date and did a terrific job of repair.  The mailbox is welded solid to the ground and looks to me as if it will stand for years!  Great work and at a reasonable price for the repair.

    The installation went well. Support and service have been solid and appropriate, and for the most part the speed has been really good. I am disappointed by several things, however:
    * There is no and quot;on demandand quot; service for TV shows that I want to watch after the fact. I had that service for nearly 10 years in the SF Bay area
    * There are fewer channels than I would have hoped for and the order is completely random
    * I had problems with the service for two days and two of three support techs were helpful. The third, however, was an idiot
    I have been pleased with both the phone service and the speed of the Internet.
