    Michael Gallivan
Mike once again saved the day!! I was a little too ambitious and thought I could swap out my old toilet. Seems simple enough. Half-way through I uncovered some real shiii....well, you get it. I called Mike at 8pm that night, he showed up promptly at 7am the next morning, and I was dropping the kids off at the pool by 9. ;) This guy is great! Call him today! Get that thing fixed you’ve been dreading and looking at forever!

    PEA CONSTRUCTION & REMODEL
Pedro did exceptional work from demolition to prepping and installing floors, painting and removing some outdated built in's. Not only was he efficient in his work he had great ideas to save us money on both this job but also as we move to Phase 2 of this remodel. As an example he recommend we drop the fireplace and set it back a bit from where it was. An overwhelming project to us (And we assumed our budget) but, Pedro had that job done in less than a day and was back on schedule with barely a ding to the budget. Finally, Pedro is a true craftsman about his work. He did not cut one corner on our job. In watching him work it's clear he has learned these trades from the ground up (So rare to find these days) and it's that experience that makes him efficient and cost effective. It was a pleasure to have him do this job for us and will hire Pea Construction and Remodel for ever opportunity we get moving forward. Thank you Pedro and family!

    Prime Plumbing, LLC
The job was very professional from estimate to completed job. Our front yard has many trees and flowers. Their replacement technique of only creating one hole at the street-side water meter and a second hole near the house foundation meant our yard stayed in-tact -- no trench. As an engineer, I asked if I could watch how they pull out the old and install the new water line tube at the same time. When the new pipe was pulled through, they said might have looked too easy. To me, easy means competent and skilled workmanship. I am very happy with their work and the completed job. They also replayed my irrigation shutoff with quarter-turn valves.

    M3 Roofing & Exteriors
I have a home built in the 40's that was added onto 4 times between 1960 and 1980, with a roof measuring about 36 squares. The old roof was 40 year old cedar shakes over asphalt shingles, which all had to be torn off. Making the project more difficult was that most of the roof surfaces are steep. Lance and his crew were tenacious and hard working. The project had several "surprises" - like roof elevations that didn't quite match between several of the additions, requiring about 40 sheets of osb to be installed, and some rotted decking that had to be replaced. So the final price was higher than the bid - but for very understandable reasons. Importantly, I have no feeling that Lance used the needed upgrades as an opportunity to gouge. His explanations were clear, and his charges for the extra work entirely reasonable. Despite the mess of the tear-off, he did a wonderful job of cleaning up when the project was finished. I would certainly hire Lance for another roofing job - but with a 50 year warranty, it's unlikely I'll need his services again. But I would heartily recommend Lance and M3 to others.

    Overall Plumbing
Overall pleased with the work. It took three days to get them out, but no knock on this as my work was not time sensitive. They removed an old toilet, did an inspection and description about what they found, then did a good job in installing the new one. Things to be aware of...they are not cheap. $200 to install a toilet was a bit much. Had they simply done a bid as requested, I would not have approved $200 for at most an hour of work. However they came while I was at work and went straight at it...my wife didn't know that I hadn't authorized this. I can't complain about the work and wasn't about to stiff someone after the fact, but a bid should be a bid.
