Ada Dermatology Dr. Richard Blickenstaff MD
He's wonderful. I've been using him for about 15 years. He's a great physician. He's excellent. He communicates well. He has a great office, which is very friendly. It's just a very good experience, when you go there.

    Hall, Dr. Jhon R
Dr. Hall's bedside manner is professional and calming. She never pushes cosmetic products or procedures. I appreciate this! She always takes the time to be complete and thorough at appointments. I never feel rushed. I have very sensitive skin that quickly reacts to EVERYTHING. Dr. Hall has great investigative skills in determining the culprit giving my skin grief.

    Lindie Borton MD
Did not fix the rash but said I needed a mole removed.  Paid over $700 for a mole removal I'm not sure I needed.  Keep in mind I have great insurance and had to pay over $700.00 out of my pocket. The biggest problem was the rash.  Still had the rash 6 months later at another check up. Asked about it and was told that I was not scheduled for a rash. I was there for more mole checks when I had just been checked.  I thought I was there for the horrible itching and needed help.  The assistant said I needed to be screened even though the mole that was removed was not cancerous.  When I asked about the rash the office manager was called in and I explained to him that I didn't feel I need a cancer screening so soon since they hadn't found cancer just 6 months before.  I needed help with the rash.  The office manager told me that I needed a screening and that I had a credit.  I said what credit.  It turns out that I paid too much and they never told me and kept $230 for 6 months.  I asked the manager about why he didn't let me know and a send a check back. He gave me 5 different excuses in an extremely flippant manner and said that I would have to wait to be seen by the dermatologist now that it was 5 minutes past my scheduled time.  I received a check weeks later and a letter stating they would not be able to treat me any longer.  I never even got to talk to the doctor regarding these matters. To me this doctor and her staff are gouging people and not proving service for what patients need most.  I have known this doctor for many years and have never had words with her or her staff.  Other people who know her say that she has changed and is no longer a doctor to consider for treatment.  She is more into the buck than being a real help like she used to be.

Keller Skin & Cancer Care, PC
No problem with getting an appointment. Did not wait in the lobby and only a short time in the exam room. Dr. Keller was pleasant, cheerful, and inspired confidence. He answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough exam. I will certainly go back to him when/if necessary.
