    Lewis, Dr. George H
His technician, Elisa, is spectacular. She is very helpful and thorough. The office is good. If there's a problem they will get you in but they are closed on Fridays. I've been going to him for 20 years.

    Benchmark Family Dentistry
They're very friendly. They seemed to have appointments available when you need them. They're a pleasure to work with. I've been using them for probably 25 years. It's a very clean and bright office that's kept up very well. The staff was very professional.

    Emerald West Family Dentistry
My spouse and I are quite happy with the personalized service and support that we recieve from this dentist office. This visit was no exception as the staff are friendly, responsive and the dental hygenists and doctors are top notch. No high sales pressure pitch either for bridges or crown work, just straight forward care to meet patient's needs. We appreciate that, as both of us have had bad experiences with providers in the past in other parts of the country. We were also happy to see this provider listed on Angies list, given that we were referred by a mutual friend to this practice. So apparently we have made a good choice in getting high quality services and support from the staff and doctors working at the Emerald West Dental Clinic.

Everyone was great. The overall experience was just fine, and I would highly recommend this dental practice. I expect the billing and administration to go well, too, but we're still dealing with the various insurances (which is why I checked and quot;N/Aand quot; for this item in the above chart).

His staff there is good. They recently added a deal where they text you, a reminder of your appointment. I thought that was pretty awesome. So if you agree that you have an appointment with them you just type in the letter C and it is confirmed and done there. Once you walk in through their door way there are smiles on their faces. A lot of their staff has been there for a while so we always have plenty to talk about. Sometimes I don't even see him, just the wonderful staff overall. They handle everything very well.

    Pennsylvania Dental
Excellent, as always. I have used the Pennsylvania Dental providers since 1987 and have always been very satisfied. Services have been for regular cleanings, fillings, and crowns. I have only had one emergency over the years, and it wasn't serious, but they got me in as quickly as possible. I imagine that if I had a serious emergency, they would go out of their way to accommodate me. Their reminder calls are as expected in terms of timing, but they will call me both at home and on my cell phone to leaves messages if necessary. They also ensure that I am reminded to take my antibiotic that's required due to a heart condition.
When my first dentist retired, I had two options, and took the one whom my higienist thought was most like my original DDS. I have been very happy with my and quot;new guy,and quot; though the other DDS has served me one time and I was satisfied. Unless this office closes for some odd reason, I'll be going there until I don't need dental services anymore--even though its all the way across town in SE Boise (from Eagle.)

Dr. Peterson is a very nice man and I don't know if my experience is indicative of his capabilities overall or if I just got unlucky, but my experience was not good. 3 months after having a crown put on by Dr. Peterson, I was traveling in Iceland and while chewing some food, the crown popped off and I inadvertently swallowed it. I had to travel for 2 more days before I got home with a very sensitive hole in my mouth. A friend who is a dentist said he'd never heard of that happening to anyone. I was able to get in to the office the day after I got home and they did replace the crown. When they put the first one on, I was unhappy with the experience because it took 3 hours as the doctor was seeing several other patients while doing the work on me and then, when the Novocaine began to wear off, he hurried to get it done rather than take the time to renumb my mouth. In his haste something went wrong because the crown fell off. The second time, things went much better, but the crown always felt strange. I mentioned it at my next checkup and was told that everything lined up and so I would just need to get used to it. I've had that crown for 2 years. I decided to change dentists just because I had a bad feeling after the crown fell off. I'd returned so I didn't have to pay another dentist $1000 to replace it, but I didn't want to go there regularly again. My new dentist found that the new crown and another one put on by Dr. Peterson were both too large for the teeth they were on. Both crowns actually hung over the sides of the teeth creating a haven for plaque and decay that almost cost me more of the teeth they were on. In addition, the bite was way off and had to be fixed as well which finally gave me some relief from clenching my jaw which I'd begun doing when the teeth felt weird after the second crown. It was good to finally get it all fixed, but very disappointing that Dr, Peterson had failed to do the work properly in the first place causing me two years of struggle with my bite and sensitivity resulting from the poor fit as well as risking the integrity of the remaining tooth material by allowing a significant portion of the crown to overhang the teeth.

    Gray & Smith Family Dental
I was there for a check up and they were ready for me right when I came in. Karen took xrays and cleaned my teeth always letting me know what she was doing. The dentist then came in and reviewed the xrays and checked out my teeth.

We scheduled my next appt, I paid my co-pay and was out in an hour.

Everything went very well. The people working there are friendly professionals. They're on top of all your current information, they often ask how you've been and call you by name.

The dentists, themselves, are great. Again, friendly and professional. It is a real joy to come and quot;visitand quot; our friends at the dental office.

We couldn't be happier with them, especially with dental hygienist Jamie!

    Lewis, Dr. George H
Im nearing 60 and I am just getting over my fear of dentists because I have no problem with George. The staff is very nice and professional, Dr. Lewis has a great bedside manner, and the environment at the office is very pleasing. Ive had some dental work besides cleanings done with him and he did a great job. They are very good at making and keeping appointments and they call to remind you about your appointments. The amount that I pay outside of insurance is very reasonable.
