    Ethos Design+Remodel+Real Estate
Ethos did an amazing job, from the beginning stages of planning and budgeting through the beautiful design all the way to every last finishing touch. This team doesn't do cookie cutter work; each project is inspired by the client's needs and lifestyle. They are so wonderful to work with, I will actually miss the entire team. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a beautiful, functional job done, these are the people to hire.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! **ASSEMBLE4U HANDYMAN** They built my closet with the wrong materials that had holes all down the sides! When I asked them why they were installing these things they said that it was all that was available... I immediately asked them to replace it with the material we spoke about. They wanted to take an easier route and try to cover the holes. I realized here I’ve been lied to and these guys hadn’t done a closet before. I told them to replace it with what was asked and after some push back they finally agreed to come back the next day and fix it. So they arrive late the next day (they have been late every time) with the “correct shelves”. This is day 3 of a “1 day” project. When I return home I am shocked. The shelves have noticeable holes all down the sides. Shelves aren’t level. The rails aren’t distanced enough for clothes to hang without overlap (I provided a shirt on a hanger so they could measure based on that). Some boards are upside down. I had to have them center the mirror after they hung it way off to one side, leaving holes in the wall. They installed shelf curtain rod holders where there aren’t any shelves. The whole closet is a nightmare. When telling them my concerns, the son was very argumentative and rude. Clearly lacking any type of customer service These guys lied to me about their experience and screwed up my brand new walk in closet. I was going to let us go our separate ways with just paying for materials, then they demanded I pay in full within 4 days or will incur late fees. Nobody deserves to be mislead like this. This is very summarized about our bad experience. I can’t tell you enough, this company is a JOKE! BEWARE! P.S. They remove bad reviews! It block you from their pages so you can’t leave a review at all.

    JDI Custom Remodeling LLC
Owner Mark Jenson acted as our general contractor and his team of trades was amazing. Everyone was very punctual and professional. There was clear communication and responsiveness at every stage of the project. The price estimates were adhered to so that there were no surprises. There was a slight delay due to receiving a product from a supplier but they went above and beyond to minimize the impact. (They even did a temporary install of the toilet to ensure we'd have a second bathroom during holiday entertaining.) The final day when Josiah came to do the finishing touches he even shoveled our front walk before he came to the door. I can recommend JDI unreservedly.

    Idaho Home Repair
He not only completed the project on time and below the estimate but also fixed my fence. He estimates were far below other bids. Because I am concerned about the environment he worked with me to find recycled and green materials. The custom cabinets he made look great and they work famously. He is also bonded, licensed and insured. Most of the people that I got bids from were not.

    Handyman Matters
I called Handyman Matters to finish a job another contractor started. Unlike the first contractor, Handyman Matters Craftsman was able to get the job finished for me in one days. Their craftsman was very professional, did a great job and cleaned up his work area before leaving.

    CK Rogers Design Build Remodel
Our experience with CK Rogers was great. Clint, the owner, was very professional. He walked us through the entire process from ideas, to designs, to contstruction. Clint was at our house almost every day. When a new subcontractor would show up, Clint would be sure to be there to introduce the sub to my family. I work varied shifts, and Clint was very respectful of my work hours. As with all new builds and remodels, there are always little hiccups. The nice thing about working with Clint is he is one of the people at the house doing the work. If something didn't look right when it was getting built, Clint was more than happy to explain the reasoning for what he was doing. If something needed changed during the build, he was more than happy to work with us. Clint is a perfectionist. He doesn't want his name associated with junk, and he is willing and able to chastise his subcontractors for sub-par work and make them re-do the work. Our house turned out great. Much better than expected. Remodeling a house is 1000 times more disruptive than building a new one. Clint worked hard to ensure we were as comfortable as possible, and he worked to try and not impede our lives more than necessary. I will recommend Clint to anyone and everyone who asks. He is not the cheapest contractor, but his quality is higher than anyone else around!!! We had pondered moving into a bigger house and selling our existing house, but we love our location. We decided to expand. I am so thankful we did. CK Rogers has been great! Thanks, Clint!

    CK Rogers Design Build Remodel
We have had several remodeling projects completed in our home over the past 10 years.  Many we have done ourselves, and many we have contracted out.  We have had negative experiences in the past that prompted us to do more research/legwork to identify the right remodeler for this project.  I narrowed my options to three different remodelers (all NARI members and checked out with BBB) and got bids from each.  Clint's bid was competitive with the other two.  Due to his reputation, professionalism and consideration during the bidding process, and the resources he had at his disposal, I decided his company would be the best fit for us. The design and planning stages were approximately a three-week process.  I worked with his designer Heather to pick lighting, carpet and paint.  We had a trades walkthrough where we confirmed precisely what needed to be done.  Clint prepared an MS Project schedule and a contract detailing costs allocated to the project; once signed, work began the next day.  Clint knew I was hoping to get the bulk of the work done before school started, as I wanted to get the kids back in their rooms.  He had several jobs he was juggling, yet he made it a point to accommodate our schedule.  There was one delay with the door order, but his carpenter Richard worked all day on a Saturday to get the project back on schedule.  Overall, the quality and attention to detail were superb.  Every trades person was punctual, courteous, respectful and diligent in their work. The molding and trim work are very high quality and added a touch of elegance to the basement space. The closets packs and built-in desk turned out beautifully, and are so functional.  The painters (Greg and his crew) had a lot of work in tight quarters, and did a fantastic job.  The doors they stained and laquered are very pretty, and the striped accent walls are stunning!  The pocket door functions well (not always easy to accomplish as we have three other pocket doors upstairs and all three have issues gliding quietly and easiliy), and opens up the hallway, allowing more light into the area. The project manager Gari Aristizabal communicated with me regularly, and ensured I was happy with the results every step of the way.  He did some of the work himself, and went above and beyond to accommodate any additional request I had, as did Clint.  During this project, we a dishwasher leak (not part of the remodel) and Clint suggested and brought a product to address a potential mold issue in the subfloor.  This type of special consideration was commonplace.  Gari hung roman shades I ordered online (not part of the remodel bid).  They were not manufactured correctly, making installation a challenge.  He gave up much of one day to figure out a fix and install them, as he knew how much I liked them and what a hassle it would be if I had to return them and start over.  Again, just one example of the consideration and care afforded to our project.  This was important to me as my husband was working out of town during the entire remodel, and I needed to work with a company I could trust would match our standards for quality at a reasonable cost, and be willing to take care of tasks that my husband would have done if he was home. I highly recommend CK Rogers for any remodel project, large or small.  We have future remodeling projects and will rehire CK Rogers to do those jobs given how well this project went.

    HD Maintenance
I just moved into my house and I needed all kinds of little things done.  Since I am a senior there were many extras that I asked Dough to do.  He put up all my pictures & mirrors, installed my new TV, put up shelves on the walls in in my closet & in the garage, & a bunch of other small jobs.  He is wonderful.  I'm actually afraid to say this because I don't want him to get too busy to be able to help me out! He will be coming back to do some more work and, since he has been to my house three times, I know when he says he will be here, he will so I never have to check up on him. He is very kind, trustworthy, professional, & honest.  And, he really does a great job!

    Brilliant Services LLC
They were very thorough, clean and professional. My husband is never keen on hiring people to work on the house and they immediately put him at ease. They started the demo on Thursday and finished the trim project on Friday. They also went above and beyond by cleaning a spare piece of carpet (that had been used as a door mat) to patch where the walls were.
