    Cost Less Carpet
I started with Dillaboughs Flooring as my friend was currently having some work done by them. They never got a bid to me so I went to Nampa Flooring. I did get a bid from them but no response or follow up when I had a question. So I went to Cost Less Carpeting. I showed them my bid. They didn't carry the vinyl I had previously chosen but said they could order it for me, which they did. They also came out and measured. They hooked me up with an installer and the work was completed quickly with no problems. I have used Cost Less for carpet and wood. I would definitely use them again.

Two neatly dressed, clean cut men showed up a couple of minuted before the scheduled time.
They looked workmanlike, were very polite, and they installed the carpeting.
The job they did was what we wanted, and it was completed on time.
We could not ask for a better purchase and installation experience.

Nampa Floors & Interiors (Super Store)
Hardwood floors installed. Initial work looked okay. Had I not been on site there would have been somethings left undone. Fireplace tile was chipped during installation. A few boards cot to short around cabinets, and filled in with clear caulking. WHere hardwood met carpet, the carpet padding was torn away instead of being cut. This left some carpeting without padding underneath. The ongoing problem with Nampa floors has been getting them to respond to the problems that persisted after the install. Warped splintering planks, and .25 inch gaps in-between planks in many places. After repeated calls over the past two years they have depleted my overage of boards, and have never addressed the gaps in the boards other than to say they will send the supplier rep out to look at it. I never hear back to hear what the rep said. I have had other floor experts come in, and they have told me the gaps are way outside of industry standard. Even though I was told this wood had a 25 year guarantee, it means nothing because Nampa floors wont adress the problem. Is it to much to ask that a job be done right, or made right when things are pointed out that are clearly unsatisfactory? Shop else where if you want service after the sale.

It went very well. We have a new dog, and she began chewing the tassels on several throw rugs and the binding on a runner we had at the top of the stairs. She did very significant damage to the runner. I took the carpets and runners (I had another runner that the binding had come loose, but not due to the dog) to the Rug Bindery and George said he could have it done by the following week. It ended up being three weeks before I got everything back, but that was due to several customers before me, and another job that took him away for a couple of days. He did call and let me know of the delays, but I wasn't in a hurry, so I didn't mind. He offered at one time to bring them by after work, but I told him that wasn't necessary. When I did get everything back, the work was very good, the new binding matched the fabric and the old binding on the runners. There was little he could do to fully repair the heavily damaged runner, but even that was in far better condition after he worked on it than it was before I gave it to him.
I must add that the Rug Bindery is the only shop I know of in Boise that does this kind of work. Most commercial operations will only work on their own product. There may be other shops of this kind in the surrounding communities, but this one was the closest to my address. Because of the proximity of the Rug Bindery and the quality of work, I will definitely use him again.

Since I live away from the house where the work has been done, my family has been there and they just haven’t had any complaints.  I just haven’t seen it with my own eyes.  There were no issues with them over the phone.  The service was great and their promptness was awesome.  As far as I know the work is great.  I will use their services again in the future.

    Dillabaugh's Flooring America
The salespeople were friendly, helpful and very patient when I was trying to decide on new carpet for my home. I have never shopped for carpet before, so it was a little overwhelming. I finally chose Karastand's Smartstrand which is why the price is a little higher. The crew that came to my home was prompt, efficient and very courteous. The following day the salespeople came to my home for a walk through and to make sure I was happy with my choice. Which I am!

Our master bedroom bathroom flooded due to a broken supply line while we were at work. We had actually scheduled a consultation with Peter regarding cabinet refacing for our kitchen. While he was there, he asked about the bathroom, gave us great suggestions, and provided a proposal. We hired Peter with ease due to his overall knowledge as a contractor. He started the work when promised, protected work areas, and was very tidy. He took great pride in his work and it shows.
