I am sadly disappointed in yet another failed attempt to hire qualified and professional companies. I joined Angies, because I am tired of paying good money for such poor service. I want to hear others experiences. The simple fact is that this company failed to provide a professional service...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Okay, so I do not usually post negative comments about a company unless I have tried everything possible to make sure they have an opportunity to correct the deficiency. I hired this company to install a much needed garage heater in my garage to a dedicated and new circuit. The heater was mounted incorrectly, which I am now going to fix myself as I do want them back for more frustration. In addition to the incorrect mounting and no cut off switch (which is required), I found out they were supposed to get a city permit which was not obtained, and now I am going to have to pay for. I was not expecting a master electrician, I know how expensive they are, but these guys were not even journeyman. I thought they would correct there mistakes, instead when I called to get them back I am told that I must yet again take a day off work to stay home as they no longer weekends. Shame on the managers.
