    Alameda Vision Center
Great! I went to Pocatello Eye Center on suggestion of a colleague combined with reviews from Angie's List. They were able to schedule an appointment within the week I called so I didn't have to wait long to get in. Staff was very professional, friendly and personable. Dr. Anderson conducted my eye exam and was very easy to talk with about my eye issues and needs. I left feeling confident in my exam results and that Dr. Anderson and the entire staff personally cared about my eye health. Their facility is very nice and the atmosphere relaxing.

    Broek Dr. Verlyn D.
Dr. Broek is one appointment I always look forward to. Besides his effecient examinations, his manner is delightful. His office environment is relaxed and friendly. He has given me good advice as to the treatment of my cataracts. I would highly recommend Dr Broek!

    Michael Taylor MD
I was really scared as I was losing vision in my left eye. Dr Taylor treated my eye with a series of shots that has really helped improve my sight there. I couldn't believe that he could give me a shot in the eye and have it not hurt at all. I am just grateful that he was here to help me. My husband is so happy with his eyesight after his surgery. I have to get used to him without his glasses. We would highly recommend him.

    Welch Allan & Hatch MDs
The appointment with Dr. Hatch went  well.  However his staff was the problem I am writing about. His staff acted unprofessional while I was waiting to see him, they were complaining about Dr. Hatch, while I sat in the reception area, as if they did not even care if I heard everything they were talking about. I wanted to tell them to stop, but felt embarrassed  in doing so. It made me uncomfortable as I had to sit and listen and I did not want to hear it. I was coming into my first appointment and had never been to him before. I was referred by a friend. I have since been to other doctors and offices I prefer. When the time came to pay for the visit after my insurance paid the billing dept. was rude to me, as I am retired and wanted to set up payments. They did not want to, and the bill was only 45.00, my insurance had paid $450.00. The billing Manager was rude and unwilling to work with me.

They are personable and they do a good job. I've been pleased with them. It's a nice, clean, professional place. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and capable. They don't push to sell me anything. They seem to be concerned about me not spending too much. If I just have a minor change in my prescription they let me know that it's okay to continue using the glasses I have.

    Fitzhugh Vision Clinic
They take care of my eyes and I am able to see through my glasses. Anything that I needed like a different one for the church and they made an extra pair of glasses with that and that made it easier for me. I haven't had any complaints. I don't seem to have any problem with the availability sometimes I have to wait a little bit. They are very busy and sometimes they don't have time. The office environment is very friendly and nice. They are fairly punctual. Most of the staff is very friendly. The billing and administration is very fair.

    Charles Lawless MD
Because it was my first appointment, I arrived a few minutes early to complete paperwork. My eye exam started at the scheduled time. Instruments were available onsite to compare with past eye exams I've had elsewhere, and the staff ran them professionally. Dr. Lawless explained things clearly. The staff outlined two billing options at the end. Overall, I was pleased with the visit.

    Jensen Eye Associates PLLC
I was seeing Johanna Jensen for my yearly. The office is professional, clean and friendly. I waited about 15 minutes before going to a room and the gentleman that starts the testing was excellent. Dr. Johanna is wonderful, taking time for a thorough exam. There was no pressure to purchase your glasses from them and was more than willing to give you a copy of your prescription. If you have any questions or problems, you are welcome to call them even if you purchase glasses somewhere else. The ladies that helped with picking out my new spec's gave me their time and honest opinions as far as what was needed and how they looked on me. I was very pleased with the whole experience!

    Leach, Dr. David
He was the only ophthalmologist in town. There have been others in the past but sometimes, they've gone away. He's a very good ophthalmologist. He's very caring, careful and he uses advanced technology. We both trust him very much. You might have to wait a little bit but not very long.
