AMeticulous Man Services LLCSo thankful to Meticulous Man Services – we needed our hardwood floors and bathrooms deep cleaned, and Jazmyn did amazing! Especially thankful for them being willing to listen to and accommodate our rush job needed due to scheduling urgency and needs. We will definitely use them again. Oh and as a personal touch, they left chocolate for me, and two dog treats for our two dogs. That little touch shows they care beyond just the cleaning job. AErika's Cleaning ServicesIt went really well. I needed a top to bottom deep clean as we have been working 60 - 80 hours a week and very little time to clean other than an occasional quick clean. Erika's Cleaning Service worked really hard, was able to clean our house, and was priced reasonably. I have used national cleaning services before and Erika's Cleaning Service does a much better job. AThis the most thorough cleaning I've every had from a professional. Usually, they spray and squeegee and wipe the corners. "Sophisticated" scrubbed each pane and slat then dried each one.. The cleaner was prompt and well prepared--and she wore her mask.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AI have used this service exclusively since moving into my new house. They arrive on time, efficient, thorough and reasonably priced. The first time I hired them, I had moved into a new house that was extremely dirty. A team of 4 came out and within 2.5 hours my house was spotless. Next, a team of 2 came out to deep clean my floors and bathtubs after the house was painted. Once again, they had exceeded my expectations. I will use no other other service and give this company my highest recommendation.

FNo response from two phone conversations (1st on 10/17) requesting that I send photos by email of the roof and requirements which I did. I phoned several weeks later (10/29) due to no response and the VERY rude receptionist said they had no record and there was no Angie's list offer that I qualified. I finally sent 2nd email inquiring and received a quote for $1,900+ to build this small frame. No one ever came by to view the specified job. The bid was outrageous. I had just had a covered 8'x12' wooden porch with posts set in concrete for under $3,900 the end of Sept. The new job did not require a floor. The only reason I contacted Brilliant was due to there being an Angie's list discount, Brilliant was the only referral and that my handyman was booked through the end of the year.

AThis is a revised review from a previous experience when the gutters were not as clean as we had hoped for and we were quite disappointed with the service. After writing my review on Angie's List Samantha Kay contacted me personally and apologized for the experience we had had. She sent the technician out again, at no cost to us to re-do the work. This time the gutters were sparkling clean! I very much appreciated Samantha's candid and sincere response to our review and the ownership she took for not delivering on the service she would expect herself. Her response and the fact they used the opportunity to improve on their service was great. That is not easy to find these days and I will definitely use their services again.
