    SE Boise Tree & Shrub
I simply wouldn't have anyone else. Bob Parziale has been taking care of my lovely yards since I moved to Eagle from the northend. As long as he is willing to drive to me, he will be the ONLY person I would have and trust implicitly to take care of my outside so that I can continue to love my location here. Bob is a true arborist. He is not only artistic and extremely careful with my beautiful Amur Maples, he knows very well what he is doing. He actually cares. That is so important for me. He is more than fair with his charges, and he's great company. I would be very unhappy to lose him and begin a new search to replace him. They simply don't come any better than Bob.

When they planted the trees in 2017, all the trees the planted were at least 4" too deep . The most expensive tree was planted a full 6-8" too deep and it is causing problems. and that needs to be dealt with. All in all the crew who did the plantings lacked knowledge and experience. On the plus side, the stone layer was very skilled and took great care. The person who built the raised bed boxes was also skilled and designed a great box.

I was very impressed with them. When I first called, I got a real person and they made an appointment that Saturday which was very impressive. The guy that showed up was a very genuine person along with his crew. They made appointments promptly and were very punctual. They're coming back to do some tree service later on in the year. I would highly recommend them.

It went very well.  Cito called and we set up an appoint for a quote. He was a couple hours early on that appointment (no complaints though).  Went through all that I wanted done and we had agree'd upon a price that I though was fair.  He was upfront on not being sure on the availability on some of his workers/subcons and that we may need to adjust the date for the tree removal.  He called a couple days later to reschedule that portion of the work.  From there the work was done as scheduled with Cito calling the day before to confirm that they were coming and then calling afterwards let me know they were done.  They did exactly what was quoted.  Very happy.

    Arbor Care
Great experience. Jason provided quote minimum of $200 for removing dead branches and removing branches from two trees that interfered with the house. He told me since the job was small, he could take care of other trimming as well. In all, he removed dead branches from a 20 year old oak, removed branches that interfered with the house from a mature locust, removed dead and interfering branches from a birch tree, trimmed and removed interior branches from ornamental pear tree, and did the same to another similar tree in the front. As part of the service, the group of 3, including Jason removed all branches, shredded them and left no trace they were here. After being completely finished, I intended to have Jason provide a quote for a wisteria stump removal, and after he saw it he went ahead and removed the stump without an extra charge. The group was here not much more than an hour. The service occurred around a week after receiving the quote.

    MERIDIAN TREE SERVICE
I would have considered using them but scheduling wasn't going well. They quoted me $500. I felt they were knowledgeable, very responsive and they would have been a good choice. They're a very established firm.

    Woolf Tree Service Inc.
The crew arrived late in the day and seemed exhausted from the day's schedule. However, the crew lead insisted they deliver as promised, as I was leaving town the next day and had been scheduled for a few weeks. They worked fast and furious, taxing the equipment to get the job done. It was a little alarming how fast the tree fell. The job was successful, based on their experience and a little luck. The new hire made sure the chips didn't fly into our front windows by placing plastic trash cans to block the airborne chips, after the fact. They were a hard working crew!
I have used another company in the past that I was extremely pleased with, but because of a change in ownership I decided to use the and quot;big boysand quot;. The other company was extremely conscientious as well as hard working.
I gave a generous tip as I feel the crew deserved it. I would probably use the other company in the future as the owner was more involved in the end result.

    Rick Jones

In all honesty, I have to say that I do not remember the exact amount Rick bid on this project (I would guess it was about $1800), but I do know that he phoned me at some point and asked for at least  an additional $1500. He expected to be paid for work that was not included in the original definition of the project (e.g. removal of suckers in the year after the initial pruning was done). though it was obvious that he had not done all the work he had already been paid to do

    Done Rite Tree Co Inc
We had part of a large Willow fall into our neighbor's pasture during a wind storm. We called several tree services and Done Rite was the only one who called us back. They came out the next day and removed the fallen tree from the neighbor's pasture. They did a remarkable clean up job. Two weeks later we had them come back and remove two large trees along with removing the stumps. They came when they said they would, they were very skilled, friendly, courteous and entertaining! Once again the cleanup was remarkable and stumps are gone. They have all the tools of the trade. They make quite a statement with all their large equipment!

They have been very good and I have had no complaints about them.  They perform the service and so far I have been satisfied with them.  They come on a regular basis when they have to and keep me aware of when they are coming.  They do their treatments and are very professional while doing so.
