    Premier Property Inspections
I am a real estate agent and have used Norm Wild from Premier Property Inspections on many of my real estate transactions over the last couple of years.  Norm is great to work with.  In my most recent experience my buyers were out of state and only in town for a few days to look a property.  We found the right house and got under contract.  I wanted to have the home inspection performed prior to my clients leaving town so they could be present during the inspection, which only gave Norm a couple days notice.  He was able to work us into his schedule in order to complete with my clients present.

As always, Norm was punctual, professional and very thorough.  My clients were very detailed orientated and appreciated the extra time he took explaining all his findings and answering their questions so they could feel comfortable moving forward with the home purchase.

I would recommend Norm Wild from Premier Property Inspections for anyone looking for a home great inspector that really takes pride in his work and helping perspective homeowners or sellers understand the condition of the their home.

You can make an appointment via his website, which I find convenient.  However, if you don't hear back immediately, just go ahead and give him a call.  He is extremely professional and through, and provides a report at the end of his inspection that includes recommended fixes and photos.

    Randy Funk Home Inspections
We bought a house a few months ago. Randy Funk did our home inspection. First, he showed up earlier than scheduled (because it was Friday and he wanted to be done early). By the time I arrived at the scheduled time, Randy was already gone so we never got the chance to go through the inspection with him. Our realtor paid him for the inspection and then we had to pay her back. (Our mistake, we should have refused to pay). He overlooked a number of things: no hot water in the shower (the seller had to replace the plunger because luckily I caught it), large cracks in rocks of exterior walls (cost to replace $275 and in order to fix properly also the gutter needed to be added which is additional $150. For Randy Funk it was just cosmetic...), and A/C unit was not connected properly. He stated that he would offer free consultation even after the inspection. But then he wanted to charge us another $75 to come over...We requested to refund our money for poor performed job, he ignored us. We had to hire another inspector, because we did not trust Funk's report. Randy also overlooked that the duct in the bathroom was missing (explainable by home builder forgetting to do it) but unacceptable by the inspector with 12 years of experience to miss it. Especially when it was just a 2 bedroom home, 2 bath home. He also mentioned that the water smelled in the shower only. However, when we moved to the house there was a heavy sulfur smell in the water everywhere. We had to buy drinking water for 4 months. And this problem still exists to some degree. If we knew about the problem with the water in that area we wouldn't have bought that house. We also had to replace the garage door opener as it was working only 40% of the time and to open the garage from outside you had to be right in the driveway, hold the remote in our hand and point it towards the receiver (new garage door opener $250). Of course, Randy Funk will say that it worked at the time of the inspection. So you can calculate how much his "great" job costed us. We don't recommend him. He is not on the buyer side when he should...

    CK Rogers Design Build Remodel
I felt very comfortable having the workers in my home around my family as they dressed professionally, were courteous, very clean  and never left a mess. They were at my house for a few days and I managed to find a few other items I had forgotten about that needed to be taken care of. I mentioned them to Clint and he had his worker add them to the list. His guys are extremely efficient and work very fast and don't waist time. I highly recommend Handyman Concierge if you are looking for a "step up" in the quality of work you will get, and the piece of mind knowing you have a seasoned professional completing the work and not some guy who just picked up a hammer for the first time.
