Very pleased . Besides service on furnace & air conditioner, I had the water heater flushed, and a new thermostat control installed. Both techs were very cordial, and respectful.

He was very good at what he was doing, my old thermostat wasn't working, So, I got a new programmable thermostat, he also put it were I could see it, before I couldn't see it very well at all. He cleaned the heating unit for me and was just great.

    Wellers heating and cooling
They were the only company to answer their phone that day, and they came out after hours for no additional charge. Then they stayed to help us find a fix that fit our budget, all with the greatest attitude.

    WIEMER HEATING
We had an engineer redesign our home’s ductwork, and implementing it would involve moving the existing furnace, removing some of the old ductwork, and making new custom ductwork pieces. The owner, Doug Johnson, came to our home and assured us his company could do it all, including the custom ductwork. That first visit was great and we had high hopes. We sent him the plans and waited for the bid...and waited, and followed up many, many times (both me and my wife, both to Mr. Johnson’s cell and the office, by texts and voice calls). He literally avoided and ignored us; for almost three weeks they did not return our calls or texts, and when my wife finally spoke with the secretary she was very unprofessional, telling us “I have nothing to tell you” and refusing to give us any information about when (or whether) we would get a bid. Finally, 19 days after the home visit, Mr. Johnson sent a text saying they had landed a big job and wouldn’t be able to do our project. That’s fine, nothing wrong with that—but refusing to communicate and avoiding our efforts to reach him is wrong, rude, and unprofessional. At least he could have said “I’m waiting to learn whether I have another big project and will let you know as soon as I can.” That would have been the professional, honest, and courteous thing to do.

The guy responded to me faster than the company I called, showed up faster, and repaired it faster. Which means the early bird gets the worm especially when your quick, professional, and can repair the problem on the spot.

    Wellers heating and cooling
Emergency due to heat, elderly resident, and nearing 4th of July weekend. All of your top listed services still need to return my calls. Seeing this as a new company, I tried them and they came 1 hour following my call. Expert diagnosis and very knowledgeable about what I needed to fix my problem. Was provided a quote on site and Weller's team arrived the next day with my new system. They were happy to have me watch them work and gave me helpful tips on how to maintain the system to the maximum extent. Servicemen were very respectful and courteous and clearly know their business. I highly recommend this company for residents of Mountain Home. This is a unique problem as most of the services listed are hesitant to respond to calls here as it is really outside of their advertised service areas. Wellers Heating and cooling were very empathetic to our specific problem and worked long hours to fix it. Not like the other service I called and despite my explainations was told, "The first available appointment we can give you is after the 4th".

Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning
I mean this whole-heartedly when I say if I could give them a negative review, I would. Honestly, after everything they did if I could get them shut down, I would. My next step is reporting them to the BBB. These guys talk a good bargain, they price match anywhere in town and talk you into thinking they are a good company. They aren't. They know they do terrible work and they know they are getting a bad reputation, so you will pay less. Bear with me if you want to hear all the reasons you should run away from the idiots in the pink trucks. First and foremost, they almost killed me. I am not being dramatic here, the first two "installers" failed to cut a ventilation hole below the furnace and did not run any exhaust out of the house. They also forgot to install carbon monoxide detectors. Well, this whole process started in July, so why would that matter if I was only using the AC, right? Well, a few hours after the installation was complete, my house was still 95 degrees. I opened up the closet with the furnace in it and what do I see? A huge chunk of ice.. same with the unit outside.. frozen. So I called them to come look at it, which they couldn't until the next day so that meant I needed to leave work again (I couldn't leave my fur babies to fry in that house any longer, and my husband was away for a military training.) Now I won't mention all of the times we had to leave work throughout the entire 4 month process of the installation, but let's just say we missed out on a lot of money, thank goodness we have good bosses. Anyways, they came out the next day, took one look at it and said that the first installers had just set the thermostat too low for the temperature outside, so they turned on the fan and left.. maybe a 5 minute visit. They told me it would defrost in a few hours.. 12 hours later, still frozen. So I text one of the guys who had last been here and what did he tell me to do? Turn. The. Furnace. On.... NO! It was 95 degrees outside and that sounded like a pretty stupid idea. So, that is how they almost killed me and my dogs. Had I turned the furnace on, the carbon monoxide would have had no way to vent outside, and there were no detectors inside, and as you know carbon monoxide is the silent killer. We wouldn't have had a chance. Now, there are close to a hundred more things they did wrong, but I'll spare you the narrative and just list a few for you: *They put multiple large dents in our brand new flooring * They did not install a drip pan under our new water heater, which would have slowly rotted out our new flooring * They ordered the wrong water heater twice, then asked me if they could knock out a wall to get it to fit *They put the filter in the furnace up top for a top air flow, when it was supposed to be on the bottom * New thermostat they installed shorts out if you push a button too hard *Failed inspection multiple times, the city inspector called their work "the shittiest craftmanship he's ever seen" *Failed to replace the 30 year old gas line like they were supposed to *Incorrectly fused the AC unit, argued with the city inspector when he said it was done incorrectly, then hired electricians to finally come take a look and the electricians thought they were idiots for thinking it was right and arguing with the inspector *Did not install the expansion tank on the water heater that we paid for. All in all, hiring Right Now Heating and Air was a **** show. There were multiple times we thought about having them rip everything back out so we could go with a different company. We should have. They were rude, derogatory, and obviously don't actually train their employees. The entire process took 4 months because they ignored our phone calls and kept pushing us off. They should be out of business, please do not allow them in your house!

Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning LLC
I called to have a mini-split recharged. It still had a partial charge, but needed less than half a pound of r410 refrigerant. They charged me $79 (diagnostic fee) to tell me what I already knew... that it was low on coolant. And quoted me $1,100 to charge "up to 4 pounds" of refrigerant. ELEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS?? The tech told me it's a "flat rate". I called Conan who came and did it for $119. (INCLUDING DIAGNOSIS). Alpine lost a customer because of this.
