  • He went above and beyond by also providing suggestions on how to fix an over saturated area in the yard and recommended a pest control company for spiders. He was very quick, professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need.

  • We just moved to the North West last summer. We saw the work that this company did on our neighbors property and we needed an irrigation system installed on our acreage- this company provided a professional quote and an in-depth explanation of what could be done before it started to snow. We agreed to the terms and the crew set to work. They arrived when they said they would and worked from sun up to sun down, even in harsh weather and temperatures. They do what they say that they will do and they communicate about what is going on. We have liked what they do so well and saw the work on their portfolio, that we've had them come back this winter and put in a rail on a deck in the garage after my husband suffered a stroke. They did a great job there too. I recommend this company without hesitation

  • Don’t be drawn in by the “25 years of experience”. The lawn care is average (at best). The landscaping work is below average. Owner is poorly organized and lacks in customer service skills. Be prepared to receive text messages and phone calls at odd hours demanding payment, threatening cessation of service, and threatening to send you to a collection agency. Not because of any misdeed on your part, but because he forgot to send you an invoice, or sent it to someone else, or lost your e-mail address, and/or misplaced your check. It is very likely your local neighborhood kid provides equally good lawn and landscape services, is less expensive, is more polite, and has better organizational and bookkeeping skills.

  • They were very prompt in coming to give estimate as well as commit to doing work. They are very friendly, professional, and reliable. Their work was done very well and I'm very glad I chose to hire them and would recommend them highly!

  • Heath is a great small business owner. Extremely responsive, punctual, reasonably priced, does exactly what he says he will. We are renting currently and trying to get the lawn in shape after the tough winter, and I will definitely use Heath when we move into our new home. Highly recommend.

  • It was a large and technical job and was very difficult to do. Yet you wouldn't even know that the trees were ever there. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything once they were done. I was very pleased with their service.

  •  He was our lowest estimate and the shortest wait. The work was excellent and the clean up even better. I even added work on when they arrived and the price did not go up. You can't go wrong with these guys!

  • The old tree had been topped over 40 years ago. At least 40 to 50 feet of limb growth was above the topped portion of the tree. During a bad winter storm in December, two enormous limbs came crashing to the ground that had broken off at the topped junctions, narrowly missing structures. At that time, I realized the maple tree had to come down. Our area was in an emergency situation at the end of December due extensive storm damage around the city. I could not get any tree service to respond other than Don, who in spite of the crunch, offered to come out and help with cleanup. Fortunately, a nearby neighbor with a chain saw offered to come over on Christmas Eve afternoon and help me cut up the fallen limbs so I didn't need to deter Don from his other clean up obligations. Shortly thereafter, I left town to visit family over New Years. Don called me saying was freed up enough to take the tree down that week. However I wanted to be home when the tree was removed so I declined his offer at that time but told him I'd get back to him. When I realized the weather was going to turn for the better, I delayed the removal until this past week to allow the deep snow in the yard to melt. Don was willing to work with me on payments options, in the end he agreed to a reduced price so that I didn't need to use one of the payment plans he offered. His team with the equipment arrived 1/2 hour prior to when Don began working, 5 trucks/trailers and a 5-man crew. They promptly set up the equipment, placed plywood planks down to protect the lawn and sidewalk and precisely at 8 a.m., Don was in the bucket truck sawing the tree. He is a true professional and has amazing skill when it comes to felling trees. He works well with his team, they were like a well-oiled machine. This was the second large maple he has removed from my property. The first tree was about 50 years old and was dead as a doornail. On that one, he climbed the tree himself and took it down from top to bottom in short order. It was astounding to watch. The tree he felled yesterday was enormous and because of the potential damage that could happen, I requested proof of insurance which he happily provided. I also requested a signed quote before the work began and he provided that as well. He is an excellent communicator with strong character and integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a top notch arborist.

  • Our sprinkler system had a problem - it was stuck on in one zone. We had someone else out who told us there were rocks in the system and he had to come back and fix it but never did. Water Wizards returned my call, scheduled an appointment quickly, and fixed the problem and had all the sprinklers working in less than an hour. And the problem was not rocks in the system!  Just a valve that wasn't fully closed. They took the time to explain how it works and how to use the programming (we just bought this house and never had a sprinkler system before). Very knowledgeable and friendly. So glad the other guy never came back!

  • They did a great job.  The previous person hadn't set the timers correctly and the serviceman consulted with us to make sure it was setup as we wanted it to be.  It took maybe 20 minutes including the replacement of the heads.  The only snafu was that they had given the poor man the wrong address but luckily I was out talking to a neighbor so was able to flag him down.  Next year I'll call in earlier because it was nearly 3 weeks before they could get out to us and we'd had some heated weeks and the lawn was more than ready for water.
