    I get a real kick out of Kerry - He is a no-nonsense, gonna-fix-it guy. I've got old appliances that probably belong in the graveyard, and he brought them back to life, no problem.  He keeps his appointments, he shows up on time - imagine that!  If you need someone dependable, he's your guy.

    Fred's Appliance Spokane
    Took two weeks to get an appointment, came said it needed 3 parts and would be 2-3 weeks to receive parts. Their office called on the 27th of Aug and said repairman would be at our home on 4th of September. Didn't hear from Fred's Appliance by 2:00 PM so I called them. They said they did not have me down for an appointment, today or any day. I checked my phone and found the date and time they called me and I called them back and told them, the office girl could of cared less and said they had 8 working in the office so didn't know who and quot; made my appointment and quot;. I told her it was not right I would have to wait for another week! I then called our builder and asked him what to do and he didn't know either and said that they no longer use Fred's, they had trouble with them also. A few minutes later Fred's called me back, apologized for the mix up and someone would be out today. Repairman gets here, not too friendly. Said I didn't need those 3 parts, it was a little piece he carried on his truck. The first repairman that was here did not take it apart and look properly and he could of fixed it on the first trip! So I also had to pay for the second service repair which was not needed!! I have not ever had good service from them, but nobody else will work on Wolf products here...

    I called in the afternoon the first day, and then called him back the next morning. He apologized for not getting to return my call right away and then asked for details of what was wrong with my appliance. After describing the problem he said he would be able to come that same day and that it most likely would be a quick, easy (and inexpensive) fix.
    He gave me an approximate time for his call and when he found he was running late called to let me know that as well. He charged me only for the initial service call and the cost of the replacement part, which he had with him. The entire repair was done within 15 minutes. I appreciated him giving us the information on how to do this kind of repair ourselves if it would happen again, and his cheerfulness and courtesy were most welcome.
    I will definitely call him for any other appliance repairs we might need.

    I needed a repair person for the dishwasher. The soap dispenser wasn't opening. Mr. Holecek came out the next day and diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. He charged $45. He also gives a $10 seniors discount if parts are necessary. Overall he solved my problem quickly and economically. I definitely will call Holecek Appliance Service again.

    We phoned the three appliance repair companies which were rated and quot;Aand quot;, two of which had answering machine during regular business hours (we left messages and they did not call us back). The exception was Jeffreys, who had a live person answer the telephone. She was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable (she even knew what the error code meant). We scheduled an appointment for the first available date between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. On the designated day, the tech called in the morning and informed us that his previous appointment took less time than expected and asked if he could service us earlier than scheduled, which was fine with us. He arrived at the new time and immediately started working. When my husband began explaining the problem, he told us he had 27 years of experience, at which time we left him to his duties and began exchanging funny stories, during which time he feverishly continued his work. We thoroughly enjoyed the technician for his knowledge, experience, and sense of humor...and our German Shepherd even liked him. He finished the work and gave us a fair price for the services performed. I will recommend Jeffreys to anyone without question.

    Had problems with the refrigerator not getting cold and frozen food was thawing. Since I live alone and work all day, I thought it would be a problem to get a repair. I called Rick and he said he could fit me in after I got home from work. He showed up on time, and had the problem diagnosed in just a few minutes. He installed a new heater and my fridge was working again in less than 45 minutes. Very professional, and I am happy with the service.

    He was wonderful. He doesn't charge a service charge. If I call him because something's making a funny noise and then it won't do it for him, he doesn't charge. He always tries to make the price reasonable. He's accommodating. His work is really good.

    Our Amana fridge was no longer working. Mike first walked me through a diagnosis over the phone, determined that a fan was out, and we scheduled a replacement and repair for the next day, time to order the part. He called me back a few minutes later saying that he thought he new a source for the part locally, and didn't want to see us without a fridge for a day, and asked if he could come out in the next few hours. We were delighted just at that, but it gets better. Once he had the cover off and inspected the fan, he realized that it was not broken at all, but just not completely connected. Even though he had already purchased the replacement art, and could have easily told me that it needed to be replace, he didn't, he just said, "Well, its fixed!" No charge for the part, just a nominal charge for the quick labor and house call. This is the way service is supposed to be. He has my appliance repair business for life!
