    Northern Idaho Hand Rehabilitation PLLC
They answered every question that I had. They give a great deal whether I was comfortable or not. They give good assistance. It was very good. They are all in one room. It's kind of interesting. It was covered by my insurance.

    Bruns, Dr. Jason
I had a knee replacement last fall. Dr. Jason Bruns was sent to me for home help. He is a physical therapist that I think is just really really good. He is very knowledgeable and has had really good experience with post-orthopedic surgery patients. He pushes you but not over: he knows when to quit and what you are capable of doing. He makes sure that you are doing what you need to be doing. He has a good personality. He has his own practice now but at the time he was with the Home Help. He came to my home for two weeks right after surgery and he was prompt, and if he was going to be late or there were any problems he would call right away. He would also call me early in the day and let me know what time to expect him, so he wasn't just showing up. I was just really really impressed with him. His bedside manner and communication were excellent.

    Stevens Naturopathic Center
In 2011 my daughter came down with an illness that just would not go away. We have seen 12 different traditional doctors and specialists without a resolution. We were referred to Stevens by our chiropractor, Rich May for cranial sacral massage. After evaluating Cassidy, they asked to do more testing, convinced she had Lyme disease. Lyme was confirmed. She has seen Ty Rockwell for massage and FSM as well as Dr Julia for overall Lyme treatment. It has been a very long road, but she is getting better.
I can't say enough good things about this practice. They provide alternative treatments that really work.

    Spencer Greendyke MD
I sought treatment for resolution of knee pain.  Dr. Greendyke found a torn medial meniscus and recommended surgery.  My insurance only covered services at the local medical center.  An appointment was set for 2 months from the date of service. At the time of my pre-op office appointment, I asked the doctor what time the surgery was scheduled for and when I should come in.  He told me his office would call the day before and let me know all of this information.  When I arrived home from work  (about 6:00 p.m.) the night before the surgery, there had been no such communication.  I attempted to reach the doctor, the office, the surgical suite at the hospital--all were unavailable.  I was left wondering whether or not I would have surgery in the morning or not.  In the morning I called Dr. Greendyke's office and was told that they were sorry, but Dr. had had a family emergency and they had forgotten to call me yesterday and let me know.  I am a teacher and had had to put in many extra hours planning for a sub for the time I was going to miss.  Had I known this the day before the surgery was scheduled, I could have cancelled my sub and saved myself hours of extra preparation.
A month later I received a bill from Dr. Greendyke's office for the $40 co-pay for the pre-surgical consultation that had to be performed 30 days before the surgery (this would be for the surgery that didn't take place).  I informed the office in writing that I would not be paying this bill--in fact, I believed they owed me money for time-loss at work.  As of this writing (5 months later) it appears they have decided to stop sending me a bill.  Dr. Greendyke agreed to pay me the difference between the co-pay and what I had to pay for the substitute teacher if I would only submit a receipt showing the sub did, in fact, work for me on that date.  I did submit this receipt, but have yet to see compensation from the good doctor.

August, 2012 Update:  I did receive a check in compensation from Dr. Greendyke (see last paragraph) approximately 2 weeks after I posted this review.

    Aggen, Dr. David T.
The overall experience with him was that he was personable and caring. I get adjusted on a regular basis and it helps the overall wellness of my body. He will come in after hours, on his day off, and he will just meet you there anytime you need to come in.

    Coeur D'Alene Massage
The service is very good. Their availability and hours are not very good. It is a straight forward massage, no frozen head massage but there are few things that work good for you.
