    Antique Child Doll Restoration

    I do not recommend that anyone take a doll to this place.  Her web sight is excellent but in my opinion it is a lie and not a good representation of her or her work. Don't let it trick you. On the phone, at first she seemed capable and professional but after I sent the dolls to her she changed at some point.  She told me that my dolls were worth a lot of money and then she destroyed them.  She was to clean the hair but most of it was removed and replaced and did not match from front to back.  The eyes used to open but after she worked on the doll the eyes did not open at all.  The clothes were torn.  The repainting of the facial surface was rough.  The doll wasn't worth a tenth of what it was when I sent it to her.   And, she kept the box the doll was in.         Don't put your valuable dolls in her care and don't trust her web sight or the feedback you see on it.   She did terrible work on my doll.  I had had no poor communication with her that might have caused her work to suffer.  When I got the doll back and found it in very bad shape, I called her and she did not take responsibility.  Almost a year later, I still feel sick when I think about my doll and what she did to it.

    My husband and I visited the Caldwell store several times to research getting my first smart phone, an I4.  Cost, availability, function etc.  We talked with Cody several times over the week and decided to get it from this store.  It was WONDERFUL!  Cody has followed up several times just to see if I had any questions or concerns. Any problems I have had have been Immediately addressed and the device was a JOY while I was out of town visiting my sister for Christmas!  I was able to look up a great restuarant, locate a wonderful spot to view Christmas lights and still keep up on a couple of bills that needed to be paid and a gift that would arrive the day I got home.  I would hightly recommend this store!  Everyone was helpful and Cody was the BEST!

    I was dreading the experience, naturally, but the young lady helping me at the office was very compassionate, professional, and sensitive to my feelings.  She just provided information in an organized fashion, answered my concerns to my satisfaction, and let me make all the decisions, never pushing the more expensive options.  Everything happened pretty much in the timeline she gave me in the beginning.
    As this was my first experience with cremation, I had no idea what to expect.  I like that there are no set rituals or expectations associated with it, and you can deal with the death in your own way.

    I spoke to the owner of ICS World, Chris. He told me that he had agents everywhere and they would do the job. Many months later, someone called Bill Leigh, an ex-policeman, called to tell me my goods were probably long gone and I had no hope of getting them back. All I want you to do is find where the U-Haul vehicle went. They got back to me and said it went to Northern California. After that, I went to U-Haul myself who gave me the original information, which was completely different. They did nothing for the money they charged me. They won't return my money or respond to my attempts to contact them.

    My husband’s cardiologist referred us to him. My husband has had two open heart surgeries, so we asked for a primary care doctor in the area. So far, we’ve been pleased with Dr. Augustus. We stay in contact with him because of the drugs that my husband is on. The office is very good about getting us in to see the doctor when we need to. The staff there is very efficient and quick. They are very pleasant people.

    I was quoted a lower price when ordering. Installation day was a nightmare. The date and time were changed without my notice. The tech who installed was the only saving grace. He was great.
