Geoff and Ben were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We definitely are hiring them for this job and 2 others. We have no photos at this time as we are waiting on the weather to start. I am so excited to see our see our new home make over.

I love Tim, Kyle and Cody. After a long process a neighbor recommended them and now I will never use anyone else again. This is a family business and these guys are the best. Their attention to detail is awesome. They gutted my home and re did every single room. I have a brand new home now that I love. If I didnt like something, they made sure to find or get exactly what I wanted. Im probably considered difficult, but these guys are professionals. If they werent good they wouldnt be booked out, definitely worth the wait.

Kent Shannon did a great job at telling me about my Roof. Told me what needed to be done told me all about the warranty of the GAF product and there certified contractors. A few weeks later the roofing contractor came out and a week later they were done there were a few issues but we're fixed right away.

    I particularly appreciated the following:
they do everything, so I didn't have to look for a series of people to fix a laundry list of items
they fixed the stuff I asked them to fix, then they went through and around the house with me looking for other problems, little stuff was fixed on the spot, bigger stuff they reviewed options and prices
they came with tablet computers, so when they found problems on the roof or in the attic they showed me pictures so I didn't have to either take their word for it or climb a ladder or crawl in yucky places to see it myself
they were prompt in scheduling the work and getting it done
they were pleasant, professional, and helpful
    their charges were reasonable
they gave me a magnetic business card that is now on my fridge for when I need more stuff done in the future.

The first siding sub-contractor they sent to do the fascia did a horrible job!  The salesman, Kelly Eslinger, did not effectively communicate how the metal fascia wrap was supposed to be, and was initially installed with a portion of the wood fascia left exposed, which would have required paint and maintenance.  On one corner of the house, the fascia was not hung properly, leaving approximately a 3" flat spot at the bottom of one rake.  The fascia behind the metal wrap was hollow and the seams were gaping, allowing bugs and bees into the hidden void (i watched bees flying in!).  The rake seams were installed from the bottom-up, rather than top-down as is correct, and the seams at the peaks were crooked and off-center.  He used cap screws, which looked like little nipples all around my house, scabbed in little pieces where he was short, the corners were left with gaps exposing the wood behind.
The second siding sub-contractor said the fascia "could not be hung straight because my house was crooked".  My boyfriend spent almost 3 hours showing him to to calculate the angle to make it iine up.  It took almost 4 months to get the first phase of the project to a "marginally acceptable" quality.  There is still an ugly seam on the back side of the fascias.
The roofing sub-contractor (Andy's Roofing) made several attempts to install the drip trim.  I DID NOT PAY A PENNY FOR THEIR PORTION OF THE WORK, in fact I deducted from the bill my cost to fix the damage they did to my roof.  NAILS THROUGH THE TOP SHINGLES, DRIP TRIM EXTENDING PAST SHINGLES (they cut them too short, not once, but twice!) AND A HOLE IN MY ROOF!.  We used an entire bundle of shingles ourselves, to fix the damage.  The drip trim seams at the peaks were crooked, bent, and off-center.  The drip trim metal is bent up and warped, looks HORRIBLE!  In addition, they left nails scattered all over the roof, in the yard, and in our driveway & gravel parking (had to run a magnet before we could park anywhere).  Unfortunately, the damage they did by redoing shoddy work has taken years off the life of our roof, and we will have to replace it several years early.
Since the drip trim was not installed with an overlap over the corner wrap, the gutter contractor cut the drip trim several inches from the corner, leaving those inches BEHIND the gutter, instead of tucked IN the gutter.  Further, the way the crooked cuts (look more like tears) were pried up, it left the fascia and top of the metal wrap exposed to the weather, which will allow water into the metal wrap and rot the new fascia.  The end caps and inside corner caps look like a 3 year old tried to make them - do not fit, visibly gaping, looks HORRIBLE!  We can see daylight through where the downspouts connect to the gutters? if one can see daylight through, it is reasonable to believe that water will be able to leak out!
With the help of the BBB, we negotiated a price that deducted for our time spent acting as their General, since they left us hanging to be their inspector and the primary interface with their subs, all of the cost for the drip trim work plus a deduction for our time and materials to repair the roof, and a deduction for our time and materials to repair the gutters.  We ended up paying $2500 of the $4000 bill.  Although by the numbers this was deemed a "fair" price, we are still unsatisfied with the work and will most likely scrap and replace all of it next year anyway, as we were just under the gun to get things resolved so we could patch things up for the winter.
Long story, short, it took approximately 6 months for a job that should not have taken more than 2-3 weeks, tops!  Kelly and Max alternately played the "good guy, bad guy" game with us, and their sub-contractors were messy and rude.  We still had to repair the damage to the roof, install the drip trim, and fix the sub-standard work on the gutters.  Have pics for anyone interested.
