I was plesently surprised at how fast the job went. It's been approx a month since the work has been done. No problems so far. I was pleased with all aspects of this electrical service call, including the amount charged.

Had a resident experiencing electric problems and presumed the outlet had shorted out. Even though it was a weekend and after hours Doug from Gietzen was more than willing to go above and beyond with a smile! Ran all the tests necessary to locate the problem which wasn't in the outlet it was in the appliance. As ALWAYS the customer service is stellar and everything was taken care of!
