The doctor can just look at it and know whether or not it is cancer. He is very young but he knows what he is doing. He is pretty good. I liked the fact that he knew what he was talking about. I have been to other doctors and they said it was just a rash, but it wasn't just a rash. I feel comfortable having seen him. I did have a couple of cancers and he cut them out. The other doctors never said anything. Skin cancer can kill you if it is the wrong one. He just looked at it and said it was basal skin cancer and he said that he would take that right out. I didn't wait and I was a brand new patient. They knew I was coming in for spots that I wanted them to look at.

    Cornelius P Brooke, MD
I am a retired physician. thus my perspective is not the ordinary. Before appointment I investigated his bona fides I am not interested in warm fuzzy companionship. and you don't get it. I did not present myself as a physician until care was already delivered so my experience was not out of the ordinary other than being cognisant of and quot;what was going onand quot; He runs a tight ship. I want to be seen by the doctor and not a screener. I pay to see the doctor at doctor rates and i want to be seen by the doctor. (notice when you are seen by a practice extender, your charge sheet is signed by the physician) the standard of care was exactly that which one should expect from the level of qualifaction.

    Earl Chester MD
Dr. Chester has been our family dermatologist for my entire life. I made my most recent appointment to have my scalp checked for dermatitis and to have some various skin spots examined. I was able to get an appointment within a weeks time, my wait was less than 15 minutes and my total appointment time was within 1 hour. The doctor and his assistant systematically addressed each concern and I did not feel rushed or pushed. He took his time examining each area and making sure I understood what he was looking for, seeing, and what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the treatment for the scalp did not work, but on my revisit the doctor did explain that this is common for some people to have dermatitis which does not respond to treatment.

    Kay Bishop MD
Dr. Bishop always takes the time to fully explain what she is seeing as she does a skin examination, how it compares to previous examinations, any worries or concerns and through explanation of all of the options and their potential for success. My family has been treated for acne, moles, skin cancer scares etc... and I have to say that I feel extremely confident that Dr. Bishop provides the best care. I don't have any questions or worries remaining after a visit with Dr. Bishop.

    Daniel Marshall DO
Most of us in our 50s should know to be vigilant regarding changes in our skin, especially if we had over-tanned during our youth, which I am guilty of. I am glad I acted quickly on my itchy spot. Dr. Marshall got the results of the biopsy within a week and informed me that I had lichen planus keratosis, an abnormality which may lead to skin cancer, but not always. So I am relieved that he removed the lesion, and put a stop to my fears. The itchyness and tingling resided afterwards, and the lesion did not recur. I feel Dr. Marshall is extremely competent and gentle natured. He uses state-of-the-art examination tools, and will tell you in easy-to-understand terms what your skin health is, along with recommendations for treatment. He is also very flexible when it comes to payment options, should you not have health insurance.

The staff was very professional, kind and compassionate. I had a dark spot on my hand that needed to be evaluated, and when it was determined it needed to be removed, they made me as comfortable as possible. The talked to me throughout the whole procedure, made sure I was still feeling ok during the process, and got me a pop to drink when I got light headed. They explained everything they found in detail, so I wouldn't worry. They made sure I was comfortable, and that all my questions were answered before I left.

Very compassionate and caring. Allow time for my reaction to the "c" to settle. Performed an amazing surgery. Took careful steps to make sure I healed with no problems. Scars impossible to fine. She is the best!

I had some deeply set calcium deposits removed easily from my face.  Hillary Cutler explained the cause and was able to remove them with very little trace of a cut.  It was explained to me that at my age (68) the skin does not renew itself as quickly and these deposits get lodged in the layers of the skin, but on the outside they look a little like a pimple.  I also had some keratosis burned off my forehead and my back.  Hillary suggested I use a glycolic acid cream.  I purchased their brand that has 20% of the acid in the cream for about $34.  I thought this was very reasonable.  It is too early to rate the cream but so far it feels fine.  Bobbie was very helpful in explaining how the cream works and what to expect.
