    Owen, Dr. Dana S
I was seen earlier today and was overwhelmingly pleased. I simply told them I was retired without saying that I was a retired Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, because I didn't want any special treatment. When Dr. Dana Owen walked in and introduced herself as Dana Owen without using her title, I knew I was in the right place. After practicing for 47 years I generally find that doctors who introduce themselves without using their titles are more patient/people oriented. Dr. Owen took more than sufficient time to review my problem and explain everything to me. I did not inform the office and Dr. Owen that I was a retired Oral Surgeon & Maxillofacial Surgeon until after I paid my bill. I would give her more than five stars, if I could.

    St Luke's Idaho Cardiology
Horrible. Dr. Bathina was quick about everything. He told me I was fine but could get an echo just to make sure. Later to find out he diagnosed me with POTS and didnt tell me I had that or how to treat it. Just told me to get an echo before he could help treat the condition. I work for St Lukes ( you think they would cover the echo and visit) NOPE $300 for the visit and $700 echo. still no treatment provided. Way to go. Wasted my time being brain washed by the medical system.

    Saint Luke's Internal Medicine

It was lousy. I have been looking for another doctor but have not found one. I am not really happy. I have had good experiences there its the doctor. The doctor seems so busy and in a hurry to get out of there. Either times up or time is not up an they are leaving, I'm frustrated.  The office is good. They are punctual.

    Pioneer Family Medicine
He and his staff were completely inept at giving me the results of my MRI. I waited a week for result and when his office didn't call me, I called them. They said they didn't receive the results, so I called the lab to have the results sent again (it had been sent over the day of the MRI) and still waited 3-4 more days to hear from his office. Then they gave me a false report. And there was no followup on what is causing the headaches. Dr Morrehouse doesn't seem to care about his patients, sure he is pretty easy to talk to, and his staff is all nice enough, but if you have any real medical concerns please, do yourself a favor and find a REAL doctor. I'm not sure how he passed med school! My friend went to him too with pain, and he missed her cancer, which the other doctor in this office ended up diagnosing.

    Treasure Valley Hospital
For all 3 surgeries, the hospital staff was wonderful. The billing department gave me quick and accurate estimates of the charges that I would be responsible for, the pre-op interview was done quickly, thoroughly, and efficiently (over the phone for the second operation this year), and the nurses and support staff are very sympathetic and patient.  At other hospitals, I have felt more or less like like I was in an assembly line of an industrial medical machine, but I never felt anything impersonal in my care at Treasure Valley Hospital.
One surprising note: I called the "non-profit" hospitals to compare estimates with the privately-owned Treasure Valley Hospital before scheduling the surgery. I gave the same insurance codes to St. Luke's Hospital; their billing department took a week to return my call, and their estimate (before insurance) was over  twice the estimate from Treasure Valley, and they left it up to me to try to figure out what I would be responsible for paying.  Leslie at Treasure Valley returned my call the same day, and told me exactly what my out-of-pocket cost would be for the hospital charges, and whom to call to get estimates for anesthesia, etc.
I highly recommend Treasure Valley Hospital for any non-emergency medical services.

    Idaho Family Physicians
I go to a doctor and I have a dentist and I am happy with all of them. The doctor’s last name is Dr. Sackman. He is with Idaho Family Physicians. It is a family practice, I don't there as a specialty place, it is family practice and internal medicine. He is what we used to call a general practitioner, he is my family doctor. I have been using his practice for at least 20 years. I think he is wonderful. He is competent. He listens to you. He is not afraid to refer you to a specialist if you need one. The punctuality is close enough. You have to wait but then it is because of emergency or something. The staff’s friendliness is fine. The office has messed up a couple of things for the billing and administration.

    Graviet, Dr. Scott A.
I have seen Dr Graviet for over 10 years. He has always been capable and knowledgeable but also has a great bedside manner. He has fitted me with personal orthotics, and then did my two surgeries last year. I trust my feet to Dr Graviet.

    Clark, Dr. Clinton
Awesome, Dr. Clark was able to address some long term issues regarding some former military injuries. I could not be happier.  He definitely knows his business and I really appreciated being treated like a person vice just another patient.  He was also not rushed for time and spent as much time needed to answer any questions that I had and to ensure that I had a thorough exam.  I would definitely recommend him to others, seeking medical treatment.

    Lifestages Ob. Gyn.
I am so happy about this practice!  I have been treated with respect and concern by all staff members at all stages.  When I first came into the office, I was given a FREE ultrasound immediately when they heard that I had had some medical problems before seeing them.  It really felt like they cared more about my baby's health than about making sure I lined their pockets like some other places.  The office is in a bit of a strange location, but I am glad that I didn't let that put me off of trying them.
The staff introduce themselves and sit down and introduce themselves to you before doing any procedures (very nice for a pap smear).  The very best part is that they give you all the options, and never push you for tests that you may not want or need.  I am always given the options for a test, and if I need it, the procedure is explained to me.  Such a huge improvement from the prior practice I left!  I love them!

Update:  Dr. Juliette Hughes was my delivering physician, and she was AMAZING.  Patient, felxible, listened to me, and supportive.  I cannot praise this practice and physician enough.

    Woman's Clinic
My wife selected Dr. west after reading all of his reviews. He's absolutely incredible. He delivered our first child yesterday. He made the whole experience easy. He made every appt. and was there when we needed him the most. It's no wonder he has so many repeat patients.
