Insulated attic and crawlspace. Agreed that when insulation was blown in to the attic, baffles would be installed first. They we not and when I mentioned it he had to go out and buy baffles and retrofit them. It turned out excellent. I liked the technician. I am always very wary of heating and air companies. They spent hours cleaning my system. When they put it back together, it did not work. He identified the problem and brought out an expert to address the issue. They installed a new thermostat for free. He was very honest and the heater is working extremely well now.
