troubleshoot bathroom light switch

Disclaimer: I only interacted with Bright Electric via phone; they did not come to the house. As such, I was impressed with how promptly he returned my call, with how friendly and professional he was on the phone, with how transparent he was up front about price estimates for the problem I described. The only reason I did not hire him was because the other guy I called (I called multiple companies and left messages) eventually called me back and was able to come a few days earlier.

I had him put in an additional outdoor outlet on our patio.

He has done a total of 3 jobs for us. We were extremely pleased with all of the work he did. He was very responsive, very personable, he is quick, gets it done, and everything went just fine. It was really inexpensive, and he did really good work. I have already decided that if I have future electrical work, that is who I am calling first. I like that they are quick, and that they specialize in small jobs. I think he does do some new construction, but he is geared up. It is a family owned thing, actually I think it is just him. He is very responsive. He is quick, and when you've got just a little job, you call bigger contractors and they will put you in the queue somewhere and a month down the line he might call you and say I will be over next week. Andy, you call him up and he says okay I will be there the day after tomorrow and he shows up and gets the work done and you are done with it. The work that they have done has turned out great, no complaints at all.

Temporary electrical outlets for my remodeling housing project.

Exceeded my expectations. Andy was fantastic. He returned calls same day & even when my voice mail box was full he kept trying to reach me until he finally did. (His work & professionalism went the same way :) Saved me extensive additional costs & when asked lent his opinion going forward on my project. Friendly, Intelligent, knows what he is doing ... Turning light fixture into ceiling fan with wiring from the 50's.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Andy was 5 minutes early and was really nice. He inspected the issue and came up with a great solution. Also, I told him that I was not knowledgeable about wiring so he spent the time to explain what he was doing along the way. 5 stars and would recommend him in a heart beat.

AC unit wasn't working. Had someone come out to look at it, and they said they thought it was electrical. Brite Electric came out and got in the crawl space and traced the electrical supply from the unit back to the panel. He found out that the breaker was okay, but no power was going to the AC. He found that the connection had come loose and fixed it. He also changed the breaker to a different voltage.

They were on time and professional, very much so.

Our outlets quit working, one by one. Electrician got us into his schedule so we wouldn't lose our frozen food. He arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem. Fixed what was causing the outages. Tested and only charged $88.00.

See above. He was prompt, professional and very competent. We'll definitely call him again when the need arises and we're glad to recommend him.
