I was attracted to Best because of positive online reviews in addition to Angie's List. I liked the idea of a family owned company, as well. However, I tried calling the provided number and it just kept ringing. There was no voice mail. Then I tried messaging via Angie's List site. No response to that message either, from 6 days ago. I have just arranged for another company to come later this week...
