Kept putting me off for other jobs or would do a little on mine and then leave for days to do other jobs. Didn't order windows timely and delayed job even further. Workers went through my personal items and used them without my permission. Used my bathroom constantly without permission. Would promise to do work that needed to be done and then backed out because he knew it would effect when he got his final payment. Was absolutely horrible about wanting his money and would send rude messages to me, even though he signed and agreed to the terms of payment before the work ever started. His work was good, but bedside manors need a lot of work!!!!

Came over and gave a bid on a window. Ordered the window and then when it came In they called for an appointment to come over and install it. They were on time, courteous, clean. They did the work quickly, but completely. They did a terrific job.

It went fine.  We had only 2 real problems with this company.  When we first signed-up for the windows we were told someone would be calling us to set-up a time to come measure our windows.  After 2 weeks I finally called and was told that they had been measured already and that we didn't need to be home.  The second problem happened when they called and set-up an appointment to put the windows in.  I took the day off from work and they never showed-up.  When I called to find out where they were I was told that they had a different date down for the installation.  I had to take another day off from work to have them installed.

I walked into the store to grab some new light switches and paint for my house and it took about 35 minutes of trying to flag down a sales rep who wasn't doing anything but smiling and walking right by me as i try to ask him a question. This happens almost every time i go into the store to get any sort of item. The service was lousy at best but the check out times were fast so thats a bonus.

Still waiting!! We contacted Home Depot for a quote on July 15th and they were very prompt with sending someone to look at our damaged sliding glass door and basement window. We weren't excited about the quote for the door--as the cost was only $100 less than what we paid for the entire door and we only needed the section that slides. Unfortunately we couldn't buy a replacement directly from the manufacturer and decided to make the special order. The quote for replacing an old steel frame basement window was reasonable and we prepaid over $800 for the order with the information that the new door section and window would arrive in 2 weeks. My husband called August 17, but was told the items had not yet arrived but should be in the following Monday. We never received a call from Home Depot, so on Aug. 31st we visited the store. Our replacement door was there--not sure why no one called to tell us-- but it was damaged. It had been shipped with no protection and was scuffed with some paint stripped from the handles. With as much as we paid, we didn't want to accept any damage. Customer service wanted us to wait another 3-4 weeks for a replacement. Thankfully, a sympathetic employee agreed to swap it out for a stock door and complete the exchange internally. Our window is ready, but still no contact from Home Depot and no appointments (as of Sept. 4) for installation. I am considering cancelling the rest of the order and offering my business to someone else. Not sure if they will accommodate because I don't know if the window is a unique size. I guess Home Depot is too busy. I have shopped at Home Depot for years and have never had a problem. I won't stop shopping there, but will probably not order services from them again unless I hear of changes and positive reviews.

We initially contacted Jerry Stuart of J & J Construction for help with removal of our 3 tree stumps.  In getting an estimate for that we found out the he did many other types of work.  We asked him for an estimate for replacing our patio door (form the house), fixing our cracking patio and an RV pad.  In walking around, Jerry pointed out that our roof line was sagging due to an improperly installed post and discussed with us what we could do to fix it.
Needless to say our initial bid for removal of tree stumps soon blossomed into a full blown project.  Jerry was very good about discussing our options and very flexible in accommodating our needs.  Together we came up with a plan and work began the next day!!  Work began on October 20, 2012 and despite weather delays and additional work we added, we were completed by November 13, 2012.
Jerry and his team are extremely hard workers and have an incredible attention to detail.   The work that they completed for us is even better than I could have imagined.  It was fun working with them in coming up with ideas on some of the finish work.
I really appreciate have a crew that is on time, works a full day and works on Saturdays to get things done.  And did I mention their work is awesome!!

    Extreme Window Repair Inc
When selling our house, I found out that we would probably need to repair or replace a fogged window that would not open completely. I called this company and the representative came to the house and measured. He checked on the actual cost for the unusally shaped window and provided a bid. The total was less than another company. The cost of parts was the same, but this bid had no additional cost for labor.  I did not have the window repaired because the seller's mortgage company did not require the work to be done.

When selling our house, I found out that I would probably need to repair or replace torn window screens and a fogged window that would not open completely. I called this company and a representative came to the house, measured, and determined what was damaged. He removed a broken part that was blocking the window from opening. He answered questions about options for replacing or repairing several window screens. He took one of the screens to someone he knew to get an estimate for rescreening the frames. He provided a detailed estimate for parts and labor to replace the damaged window parts. I did not have the window or screens repaired because the seller's mortgage company did not require the work to be done.

We called and asked the company to provide a quote for replacing our roofing and some decayed wood under the siding at the back of our house. The company representative came to our house with in a few days after. He gave us samples of the materials he proposed to use. He provided copies of the appropriate licenses without us asking. This company offered the lowest of 3 bids. The quote included pricing forreplacing damage that was not visible before the work began. There was no delay in scheduling the work after we decided to use this company. The company took several before and afterpictures. The shingles and vents were installed in a timely manner, and the site was cleared of debris. The company installed an improved design for the connection between the roof of the house and the roof of the porch. There was a delay of about a week between the time the bulk of the work was done and when they came back to complete some of the work around the skylight. We asked for more of the pictures to send to the insurance company. That took about another week. The company did not request payment until all the work was complete.
